After Elysia knocked on the door and received permission from the person inside, Elysia pushed the door open and walked in.
"Have you found anything?" Elysia asked Welt.
"We launched a silver bullet towards the moon…" Welt said with a frown.
"Because of the Second Herrscher's ability, we planned to detonate the silver bullet as it approached the moon."
"But it failed. Near the moon, a strong electromagnetic pulse reaction appeared." After speaking, Welt sighed.
The Second Herrscher, by herself, did not possess this ability, which meant that the Second Herrscher had gained new power.
Elysia didn't know what to do about the current situation; the Second Herrscher's strength was clearly getting out of control.
