Chapter 191 - Chapter 191: The Man Named Uchiha Madara

"What do you mean by that?" Raikage had a strange bad feeling.

"Nothing," Neji said. "I just want to settle old scores with Lord Raikage. You haven't forgotten what you owe Konoha, have you?"

"Nonsense. When has Kumogakure ever owed Konoha anything?"

"Oh? Lord Raikage, you really have a memory like a sieve. Have you forgotten Ginkaku and Kinkaku?" Neji said calmly.

"Back when the Second Raikage allied with the Second Hokage, Ginkaku and Kinkaku suddenly attacked, causing the Second Hokage's death. If that's your logic, shouldn't you settle that debt too?"

The Fourth Raikage's expression froze. He hadn't expected Neji to use something from decades ago to pressure him. If he didn't take responsibility, then what he just said was utter nonsense, but how could he take responsibility?

"Well done," Terumi Mei thought excitedly, wishing she could go up and affectionately kiss Neji. That overbearing jerk Raikage was speechless for once, which was truly satisfying.

"Right, speaking of using the Akatsuki organization…" Neji looked intently at Onoki. "Lord Tsuchikage is certainly the prime example."

Onoki slightly lifted his eyelids, glanced at Neji, and said leisurely, "The ninja world is peaceful now, so ninja villages as military powers have become a burden. But if we cut costs and rely on inexperienced ninjas, we might face the danger of defeat in war."

"So, for that reason, you hired the Akatsuki organization to covet the borders of other countries and cause chaos?" Gaara said, resting his chin on his hands and speaking softly.

Onoki didn't explain his actions, instead saying matter-of-factly, "Precisely. It costs a great deal to train ninjas for this village. The Akatsuki organization not only has mature experience, but their hiring price is low, and they don't care about life or death. This is more in line with my interests."

"To think the esteemed Tsuchikage has such a shortsighted view," Neji interjected. "Water can carry a boat, but it can also overturn it. Surely you understand this simple principle."

Onoki paused at his words and let out a cold snort, saying no more.

"Wow, an idol!" Kurotsuchi's eyes sparkled like stars as she looked at Neji with adoration. The old man and that dark-skinned guy had both been stumped, one after another.

Kurotsuchi was just as out of line as Anko, being completely casual and lacking any sense of seniority. If the occasion were different, she might have even run up to Neji to learn from him.

However, this angered Onoki greatly. He immediately gave Kurotsuchi a look, implying: You little brat, if you keep this up, your grandfather will be angry to death.

"That's right, the Akatsuki organization has now become a serious threat to us. All villages cannot stand idly by, so we should unite against them," Tsunade agreed.

"You should know that as far as we've confirmed, the One-Tailed, Three-Tails, to Seven-Tails have already been acquired by them. No single village can bear such power alone."

"There's no need to worry about that."

"Are you still going to cling to your old-fashioned ways?"

"This isn't being old-fashioned. Even if the tailed beasts are taken, it won't immediately cause panic, as tailed beasts aren't that easy to control," Onoki said leisurely.

"Instead of continuing to exchange these pointless words, let's think about how to deal with the Akatsuki organization."

"We Five Kage are talking, what are you jumping in for?"

Onoki, who had just been bested by Neji, flared up angrily when Neji interrupted again. Young people these days are too arrogant.

"Although I'm young, when it comes to combat power, I could fight ten old men like you," Neji immediately retorted, leaving Onoki furious but helpless.

"Hmph, things aren't as serious as you say. Didn't your Konoha just stop a major Akatsuki offensive a couple of days ago and deal with their apparent leader?" Onoki coldly snorted in disdain.

"Lord Tsuchikage, don't forget that not every village in this world is called Konoha," Neji said calmly. "To put it bluntly, even someone in our village who folds paper flowers wouldn't lose to you."

"Is that so? Young people nowadays are getting more and more arrogant, not even respecting the 'Kage.' In that case, just leave the Akatsuki organization to you."

"If it's just the Akatsuki, would we Konoha still need you?" Neji sneered. "When the nest is overturned, how can any eggs remain whole? If Konoha is destroyed, you'll suffer the same fate."

"What are you talking about? Is there another enemy besides the Akatsuki?" Raikage suddenly roared. The others also looked over.

Neji patted Tsunade's shoulder. Tsunade immediately understood and said solemnly, "According to our latest information, the mastermind behind the Akatsuki organization is named—Uchiha Madara!"

"Who did you say?" Onoki reacted most strongly. "Madara… didn't he die decades ago?"

Even after so many years, Onoki still hadn't forgotten that time. That terrifying man who single-handedly crushed the ninjas of Iwagakure was deeply etched into his mind.

"If that's the case, then this is indeed not something a single village can solve," Raikage fell into deep thought.

Uchiha Madara was an extremely dangerous individual. If it were really him, it would be a great disaster for the ninja world.

"But with his strength, he wouldn't need to resort to such tricks. He could rampage freely throughout the ninja world, why would he be so roundabout?"

"Regarding that," Neji turned to look at the wall above them and said, "Let him explain it himself."

"What?!"

Everyone was greatly surprised and quickly followed Neji's gaze.

In the void, a strange Uzumaki appeared. Then, a masked figure slowly emerged and stood on the wall, looking down at the assembled group.

"As expected of Neji, to discover me so quickly," Obito said, a flicker of apprehension in his eyes as he looked at Neji.

"You bastard, bring Killer Bee out."

At that moment, Raikage suddenly appeared near Obito. A fist crackling with violent electricity struck out, but it passed right through Obito.

"You are no match for me," Obito said calmly, looking at Raikage behind him.

"That's not necessarily true! Dust Release: Primal World Separation Technique!" Onoki instantly emitted a white cubical barrier from his hand, engulfing Obito.

Boom!

As the dust settled, Obito was nowhere to be seen.

"Hmph, I won't just sit here and wait to die," Onoki said with a solemn expression.

But at that moment, Obito's figure suddenly appeared elsewhere, saying, "Dust Release is indeed quite powerful."

"Hmph!" Onoki snorted, realizing his Dust Release couldn't affect the opponent. He simply stopped attacking.
