It was about time I went to the underground station and not come back till I was summoned. I was sitting on a rock chair, front and back, I flowed with the rhythm the ladies played for me, the moon was full, blood was served in place of wine, ladies were seen walking naked all around, my lover Neeta had been taken to the cave around The forbidden mountain, she was to put to bed that night. I had given order to kill the baby as soon as it head was out of Neeta, she didn't want that, Neeta wanted to keep the baby. I explained it to her but she didn't want to listen, she moved out in silence. This didn't seem right, I knew she'd want to do something crazy so I sent Hallow with her, I trusted him most.
I closed my eyes, feeling nothing except the ladies voice. My chamber was heavily guarded, I was now in a mood that I couldn't explain. I raised my hand and called a lady to me, I asked the others to leave the room. Only I and she were left in the room, she now knew why I called only her, she took off her clothes already, I took mine off, I wasn't thinking straight at the time, I just wanted not to think at the moment. I laid her down, gently I got into her, I was careful not to leave a child in her. Couldn't make same mistake twice, I did a lot of things to the lady, after all she was just a whore.
I then stood up and asked her out, she left me alone. I sat and stared up. I wasn't thinking at all, I was just looking. I was waiting.
I began to doze. Just then I had a knock, I went for it. It was Hallow, it meant the job had been done. I invited him in, we sat for a while then he talked. "Your order have been carried out, the child have been killed and been thrown into the river", he said.
"Alright then", I had doubt for the first time towards Hallow, his voice wasn't sounding sure at all. "Where's Neeta?", I asked. "She's in her room, she needs rest", he replied me.
I didn't wanted to bite him to know the truth for myself, I didn't wanted to end our trust because of disbelief.
I walked out of the room, I went to bain hay side, I sat there with they horses, I admired the way she ate her food, it was a gift to be alive I thought to myself. I got back in shape after seeing this.
The horses motivated me most times, it was weird but divine. I went straight to Neeta's room, she was sleeping. I sat beside her, I took her hands, placed it on mine, she was already cleaned up. I stared at her face for a long time, admiring the way she was beautiful and still could fight. I laid down beside her, trying not to wake her up, I coiled around her like I was trying to keep her warm or protect her from something.
Time passed, Neeta wasn't waking up now for sure, but she needed to so she could eat some food. She had blood loss already, I didn't want I'll fate to get to me. I woke her up decently, I made her sit while I had her ladies to bring in some food for her to eat, I fed her her some couple spoons. She looked pale and tired, she needed rest, a lot olof it. I made sure she had finished eating, then I made her bite me and take blood out of me, enough that would cover up the one she lost. I then allowed her to lie down and rest more, she asked me to stay with her, she needed me with her.
I sat there with her with the hope that she would sleep and I would walk myself out silently, but she didn't sleep off she was there. I spoke up, "how are you feeling love?",
"I'm alright she answered, I just feel weak", she answered.
I understood, she was a woman for all I knew, women should be weaker than men, but she now had some of my blood, she should get strong with it. Now I was getting impatient, I needed to take more blood so I don't go crazy. I stood up and made for the door, "where are you going to??", she asked. "I just need to get something from my chamber, I really need to love", I said to her shakily but fast. I went out immediately, hastily I walked to my chamber, rushed in and opened my cupboard, took out a bottle of blood and sat still, this exactly was what I needed, I lost enough to Neeta already.
Lies were like poison to me. I could sense it from close range, my instincts were telling me that Hallow lied to me about something but I didn't know what, I didn't wanted to ask him if he lied to me about anything.
I kept my suspicion to my self, I knew well and I knew when he told a lie, but this was unidentifiable, covered by transparent glass.
I sat for hours alone, I was thinking a lot of things to my self. My thoughts were stopped with the sound of the city Bell sound, I stood up and made for my window. The gate were opening, too slow for my anxiety. Who was coming in I tried to see. Soon the view was clear, just then a soldier walked to my chamber, "Emperor Lucas is here to see you".
