Sen's eyes widened as the sorcery whispered:
[You have received a relic: Raven soul]
He recalled the golden raven's attack, surprised it had died by his tattoo's hands. Sen collected the soul shard, consumed it, and felt refreshed.
[You have received 2/20,000 Soul Shards]
The whisper intrigued him – Ravensoul. He checked his relics:
Marsus Armour, Scavenger Poison Sword, Ravensoul
Ravensoul's description read: "The soul of a lost bird. This bird lost its master and became lost itself." Sen pondered the bird's fate – had the master died, or had the bird been lost? He decided to investigate further at the library.
The next day, Sen arrived at the library, but the librarian was absent. He spotted a book titled "Zeay" and browsed through it. A man with long, raven-black hair caught his eye, engrossed in a book. The man looked up, and their eyes met – it was Sunny.
"Sen!" Sunny exclaimed, rising from his seat. Sen's eyes widened; the last time they'd met was in the hospital. Sunny, now a librarian?
Sen approached, curiosity piqued. "What are you doing here?"
Sunny smiled. "I work here."
Sen scrutinized him, memories flooding back. "How did you summon those lightning?"
Sunny's expression turned guarded. "Who do you think I am?"
Sen's suspicion confirmed. "The Master of Demi-Exalted."
Sunny's smile returned. "If you can give me five Ancient Hall licenses, I might confirm."
Sen handed them over, and Sunny said thanks, vanishing before Sen could react. A sharp pain struck his head – Sunny's mind attack. Stumbling out, Sen spotted Sunny's tattoo, which handed back the licenses.
"Just testing my powers," the tattoo whispered, vanishing .
