[Jobs FAQ]
1. Can a job have different kinds of elements?
Yes. A job can express itself in many different ways. A knight, for example, does not need to fit a single mold. One knight may fight without armor or weapons, while another may specialize entirely in bows or shields.
The manual and inheritances defines the style. The execution depends on the individual.
2. What separates a Hunter who uses aura from a Knight who uses aura?
The difference lies in inheritances and manuals. Hunters are built more for fighting beasts and monsters, so their arts tend to be more effective against such creatures.
Knights, by contrast, are generally more balanced and versatile across a wider range of combat situations.
3. Can a mage learn different spells without conflict?
Yes. Mages are among the strongest jobs in this book. As long as a person has the necessary talent and aptitude, they can train in multiple spells without issue.
4. Why do some inheritances use two systems, such as aura and mana together?
Because inheritances have been passed down through countless ages. Different eras developed different trends and methods.
For example, a thousand years ago, there may have been magical barbarians who fought with clubs. In the current age, magic has become more refined, mature, and systematic. Because of that long history, some inheritances carry a blend of older and newer systems.
