"Well what do you want to know?"
Arthur asked.
I want to know why they gave me up for adoption.
"I can tell you that. Well where do I begin. Your parents didn't actually want to give you up for adoption, they were being chased by the 15 great clans. They were from the 16th great clan the most powerful great clan, but one day the 15 great clans came together to attack the 16th great clan. Ultimately they were the last two who survivors, or so the story goes, but you are the actual last survivor of the 16th great clan."
Arthur explained.
How powerful where the great clans.
"Each of the 15 great clans had their own unique Aru ability that were given to them by the father of Aru but the 16th great clan had all of the 15 great clan's abilities because the father of Aru formed the 16th great clan."
Arthur said.
Does that mean I will have these abilities?
"I don't know but you probably will. Though you must keep this a secret, there are still members of the 15 great clans all over the world and if they don't out you are from the 16th great clan they will kill you."
Arthur explained.
Ok old man, I won't.
"Good kid. Now it's getting late get ready for bed." Arthur said.
Ok.
The next day…
"Aerin get up it's time for your first day of training." Arthur yelled upstairs.
Ok give me a sec and I'll be right down.
After Aerin got dressed…
I'm on my way down.
What's for breakfast?
"Eggs and rice." Arthur said.
Awesome. I'll eat and head out.

"Be safe Aerin." Arthur yelled.

At school…
"As I said yesterday today you will be assigned your squad and instructor. You will be learning the basics for the next week then you will transition to real world experience as an assassin." The teacher said.
"First up, squad 1. Aerin, Lio, Lyra, and
Aelira. Your instructor is Sato Hiroshi. You are dismissed your instructor is I the hall."
In the hall when everyone in squad 1 gathered…
"My name is Sato Hiroshi, and I will be your instructor for the next five years of your assassin training. This week is mainly about getting to know each other and learning the basics of being an assassin. Beginning next week, and for the following four years, eleven months, and two weeks, you will be completing assassin missions assigned by the city. We will start with E-rank missions and work our way up to SS-rank. Once our squad reaches SS-rank, you will all be full-fledged assassins and able to carry out missions on your own. If you choose, you may even become the head of the village—provided you grow strong enough. There are also countless other opportunities available once you become full-fledged assassins," Mr. Sato explained.
"First things first. I want you all to go around and introduce yourself and share five things about yourself. Starting with you." Mr. Sato said as he pointed at Aerin.
My name is Aerin. I like noodles, I live with my adoptive father Arthur, I want to get stronger, I'm 6 years old, and I hope I can become friends with you all.
"My name is Lio. I like fishing, rice, curry, running, and I hope to get along with you all." Lio said.
"My name is Lyra. I like sightseeing, noodles, learning new things, I'm 6, and I'm looking forward to learning new things with you guys." Lyra said enthusiastically.
"My name is Aelira. I'm also 6, I like curry, books, swimming, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all." Aelira said.
"Ok, let's get started with training." Mr. Sato said.
