Why didn't my Spatialbarrier protect me? The only reason I can think of is the Spatialbarrier is only capable of protecting me from Aru attacks, not physical attacks. That's really troublesome. I'll have to try and learn an ability that I can combine with the Spatialbarrier to make it work on physical attacks as well.
Then everyone began to see a light, and they braced for what might be waiting on the other side…

And when our main character and his team got to the other side, they found themselves in a giant city with cars and skyscrapers…
"Wow," Lio exclaimed.
I was going to say that. This place is unbelievable.

"Get out of the way idiot!" the driver exclaimed.

Then Aerin told his team to move to the sidewalk, and they did…

As they continued to explore, they saw all sorts of new things, but one thing stood out. It was a portal that was surrounded by guards…
"What's that?" Aelira asked.
I don't know, but it looks like a portal, although it looks different from the one we used to get here.
But it's strange. It's as if I can feel a presence within it coming out.
Then, as soon as Aerin said that, four people exited the portal, all covered in armor that seemed to be made of monster scales…
As the four people exited the portal, everybody around began to cheer and clap as the portal behind them closed…
What is going on?
"You must have been living under a rock. Those are the four S-Rank adventurers of The Griffin Guild, and they just cleared that dungeon," a bystander replied.
As everyone cheered, the adventurers waved as they got into their fancy car and drove off…
Then the crowd cleared out…
"Huh, I wonder what is so special about these adventurers?" Lio said.
I'm wondering the same thing, but I'm sure we can find out.
As they continued to walk, they eventually came to a place that had a massive sign that said the place was the Adventurer Administration Building…
Look guys, this building says it's the administration building for adventurers.
"How can you read that Aerin, that's in a completely different language?" Aelira asked.
I don't know, but I do know if we want to find out about these adventurers, this is our best chance.
Then Aerin and his team entered the Adventurers Administration Building…
"How can I help you?" the lady at the entrance said.
I want to know about adventurers and maybe sign us all up to be adventurers.
"Well then you've come to the right place. Adventurers are people who clear the dungeons that appeared 30 years ago. Adventurers are divided into ranks. The ranks go F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, X, and finally X+, being the highest rank. If you want to sign up, we will just have to test your magic capabilities and combat abilities, and we can go from there. Do you want to take the test?" the lady said.

"I'm Sarah, what's your name?" Sarah asked.
I'm Aerin.
"Right this way. Bring your friends too, you all need to take the test," Sarah said, leading them to the testing site.

Then Aerin put all his energy into the ball and waited for the results…
"Wow, you're actually pretty strong. A rank on your first test. Well done. Do you mind telling your next friend to come in?" Sarah said.
