Guy had been inspecting world order once again, a new god had made their appearance and yet he couldn't get any information on them.
It's like their intention is to hide, and if so, why did they reveal themselves to the world. Not to mention the biggest question of them all, who are they?
The amount of spirits surrounding the world had proclaimed him as the new god and yet, it seemed as if they were avoiding him on purpose.
"Guy! GUUUUY!" Guy looked up and found his fairy friend enter his castle and she seemed in distress.
"Ramiris?"
"Guy, I need help!" Ramiris began to explain and ramble about everything that had happened to her. First she had been attacked in her own labyrinth by some sort of fog.
And then on her way here she was halted by a four tentacled red and blue humanoid. It had taken several spirits to deter it and let her get away. No matter how much damage it had sustained, it just regenerated and came back stronger. Worst of all, it proclaimed itself as a creation of that damn Pneuma!
"I've gotten reports from Rains intelligence about this one and they seem quite impressive. They brought someone from another world and employed them as a faithful servant in a completely new way that doesn't involve summoning. Created an army of spirits at their beck and call and…"
"ARHRRH!!!" Ramiris and Guy looked to the side at the frustrated Velzard. She seemed to be trying to focus on something.
"Is there something wrong Velzard? You been like that for the last week." Guy asked slightly concerned for his advisor.
"I can't… I can't feel him!" Velzard began panting, she was undoubtedly very distraught about something.
"When you say him, do you mean Simon? Your soul corridor has been severed?"
" No the soul corridor is still there, it's not severed, but obscured. The corridor won't allow me to reach his soul or ascertain his position in anyway."
" You mean Simon Winters? Oh I remember him. That guy who created his own spirits."
Both Velzard and Guy weren't surprised by it at all, " What do you feel when trying to connect to Simon?"
"Every time I try to connect, I feel myself being blinded by a fog."
Ramiris's jaw dropped and Guy smiled. They both looked at each other and then back at Velzard, "I think it's time to start playing detective."
Ramiris asked, " You seem to have a notion on where to start."
" A fog is obscuring her connection to Simon, meaning Simon has come into contact with this fog in some way and thus he is where we will first begin."

The three had made it to the forest of Jura and found something interesting. That specific interesting was nothing, almost every trace of Simon in this forest was non-existant.
Almost every trace, the one thing that he did leave behind were his spirits.
The three wondered around the forest looking for the spirits that had remained, yet nothing. The traces left behind by these elementals proved one thing.
They were purposely avoiding them, they were probably aware of who they were, but if so then it wouldn't make sense for them to avoid Ramiris. Nothing is making sense right now.
Guy had had enough, he dashed forward and forcibly captured a spirit, " Hello there, tell me why are you avoiding us?"
" Huh! Uhh." The spirit had looked around them, trying to find a way out and not to go against their superiors orders.
"ANSWER ME!!!"
"Um I've been given orders by our lord Pneuma not to engage the three of you!"
Velzard and Ramiris were surprised by this revelation but Guy just smiled a cunning grin. They were given orders to avoid them specifically, and by Pneuma no less.
"I humbly ask you three not to intimidate the elementals under my care" a voice came from within the forest.
The three turned around allowing the spirit to immediately break away from them. From the forest came Treyni walking towards them calmly, "These elementals are under my protection."
"Treyni, was it? Can you tell us where Simon is?" Velzard inquired worriedly.
" I'm sorry but Simon left a while ago."
"When was this?!"
"About a week ago. I'm sorry but all he left behind was the spirits who had suddenly become entranced by this sudden new god."
"Ok then, that's good enough for us." Guy responded before Velzard could push further. He suggested that they look for clues elsewhere and took off.
Treyni watched them fly off with indifference. She had wanted to talk to Ramiris but she didn't know how to respond.

The three have visited Veldora's cave to see if he has heard anything about Simon recently, they knew that anything about the outside world would be scarce from him so he wouldn't likely know about Pneuma.
Veldora turned his head to find three very infamous figures approaching his cave, he got off his typewriter and faced their direction, " HELLO THERE… WHY ARE YOU THREE HERE?" Veldora raised an eyebrow.
Velzard didn't waste anytime on greetings, "Veldora, when is the last time you saw Simon?!"
"UM, UH." Veldora was caught off guard at the sudden assertive question.
"Answer me!"
"Ok Velzard, that's no way to speak with your brother." Guy calmed Velzard down and took over the conversation, "Simon has gone missing, we need to find out where he has gone."
"Missing? He visited me a couple days ago." Veldora seemed confused by their inquiry, "Has he not responded to you guys in anyway lately?"
While Ramiris was hiding behind Guy, he moved the conversation along, "What was he doing here?"
"He didn't come explicitly for me but he did have some sort of business with me. He came to give this device to me." Veldora pulled out the octohedron, " He said that when the right time would come, I had to activate this."
Veldora had began to explain Simon's prophecy to them, "…There's also another thing I guess I just remembered."
" What is that?"
" When Simon last visited… he seemed to almost be saying goodbye."
With that last bit of evidence, Guy was now absolutely sure of something, 'Simon is Pn-'
Before Guy could finish his thought, everyone in the cave suddenly felt their danger sense fire off and Ramiris seemed terrified because she felt an extremely familiar presence approach, "It's back, the fog Is back."
The four braced themselves for the coming storm. They became shrouded in the fog and were immediately sent into a huge amount of pain, "It's… it's affecting our soul. What's… going… on." Guy spoke while looking at Veldora and Ramiris feel headaches as well. A voice rippled through the fog with only two words, " I'm sorry"
The fog dissipated and the three of them recuperated quite quickly, however…
CRASH
They all looked to the side and found Velzard had crashed to the ground, she was holding her own body, almost like she was trying to protect herself. Her eyes were wide and crying and her pupils were shrinking, "Why did you… Who are you?" Velzards voice was shaky and in pain
Guy picked her up and leaned her body against the wall, he tried to go back to his previous train of thought, "What was I thinking before. I had just found out that Pneuma is…
…Wait, who is Pneuma?"
