"Parallel universe!?" The Kingpin, Wilson Fisk, looked at the older, more world-weary Fisk with a complicated expression, muttering to himself.
Fisk ignored Kingpin's confusion. He slowly turned, knelt down, and looked at Vanessa and Richard, who were terrified and at a loss.
His eyes were filled with tenderness and care, as if they were his own family.
"Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you. I've finally found you, Vanessa." Fisk's voice trembled slightly, a result of his overwhelming emotions.
He had endured countless hardships to find Vanessa and Richard.
He had spent countless resources, manpower, and even built the Collider at any cost, just to bring Vanessa and Richard back to his side.
Fisk reached out to embrace Vanessa, but this immediately triggered Kingpin's displeasure.
He charged forward, throwing a punch at Fisk. However, weakened by his injuries, the punch lacked power.
Fisk easily sidestepped the attack and swiftly retaliated, kicking Kingpin away. Kingpin's body arced through the air before crashing to the ground.
"You pathetic weakling, how could you possibly protect Vanessa?" Fisk sneered. "The world is so unfair. Why do you get to have Vanessa, while my Vanessa is gone?"
His expression twisted, his eyes flashing with a wild light.
Chen Ye's eyes blazed with unrestrained fury; he couldn't stand Fisk's arrogance any longer.
He gestured with his hands, and a powerful magnetic force surged from his fingertips, instantly drawing the surrounding steel bars towards him.
As if pulled by an invisible force, the steel bars swarmed towards Fisk, binding him tightly.
Then, he gestured for Kingpin to get the mother and child out of there.
Although Kingpin was incredibly surprised and puzzled by the sudden appearance of his parallel universe self, he knew that the safety of Vanessa and the child was the most important thing right now.
"Thank you, kid. We owe you one today." Kingpin, the once invincible and domineering Kingpin, showed genuine gratitude on his face.
Vanessa and Richard, standing beside him, also looked at Chen Ye with grateful eyes.
Thus, with complex emotions, he tightly embraced Vanessa and the child, quickly leaving this dangerous place.
On the way out, Kingpin's heart was turbulent. He looked at his wife and child in his arms, feeling immense heartache and guilt.
He had been trying to protect them, but this time, he almost put them in a desperate situation.
He couldn't imagine what he would do if Vanessa and Richard were to meet with an accident because of his negligence.
Perhaps the Kingpin of that parallel universe had also felt this way before.
He might also have experienced the pain of losing loved ones and tasted the bitterness of failure.
"Vanessa, Vanessa! Let me go, I need to find Vanessa!" Fisk seemed to have gone mad, only caring about Vanessa even though he was bound.
Chen Ye looked at the Kingpin from the parallel universe in front of him, knowing that he had traversed countless timelines in search of Vanessa.
He couldn't help but sigh inwardly. Sure enough, without him, the Kingpin's wife and child would definitely be killed.
"Tell me, which parallel universe are you from?" Chen Ye asked, although he had some guesses, he was still unsure.
Fisk slowly regained his sanity and began to carefully observe Chen Ye.
His eyes were full of confusion and vigilance. Obviously, he didn't remember having such a master around. "Who exactly are you? I don't remember having a master like you around. It seems you have a pretty good relationship with the Kingpin here." Fisk asked.
"I'm his godson," Chen Ye replied.
"Hahahaha, I never thought someone like me would be teaching a child. Just kill me!" Fisk burst into laughter upon hearing this answer.
His laughter was filled with mockery and self-deprecation, as if he didn't believe Chen Ye at all.
Chen Ye didn't immediately respond; he began to carefully observe Fisk's expression and reaction.
He noticed a complex emotion in Fisk's eyes, which made him curiously ask, "Are you really willing to die? You haven't found Vanessa yet."
Upon hearing Vanessa's name, a hint of tenderness and sorrow immediately flashed in Fisk's eyes.
He lowered his head, silent for a moment, then looked up at Chen Ye and gave a wry smile. "I'm the Kingpin, you think I'd beg for mercy? Besides, would you let me go if I did?"
"I should have died long ago. I didn't expect to see Vanessa before I die; I'm already satisfied."
"The Vanessa here has her own Kingpin."
"I should go find my Vanessa too. Let's get this done!"
"Didn't Kingpin here teach you to eliminate the roots?"
Chen Ye stared intently at Fisk, he had already seen the will to die in his eyes.
He didn't waste any more words, clenching his right hand tightly. The steel rebars binding Fisk seemed to sense his will, converging and forming an iron cage.
Fisk's life force gradually faded, his eyes became hollow, and his entire body was like a soulless statue.
Chen Ye didn't relax his vigilance, his gaze sweeping around, like a cheetah looking for possible prey.

"You're hiding well, but you should come out after watching for so long," Chen Ye said coldly, his voice echoing in the empty space, but no one responded.
"You think invisibility can hide you from my detection?" Chen Ye's lips curled slightly, his tone filled with disdain. "Do you want me to invite you out?"
Chen Ye immediately fired a blast of Chaos Magic at an empty wall.
"No, no, no! I mean no harm, please don't attack!" a voice, sounding quite young, called out.
As the voice faded, the seemingly ordinary wall suddenly rippled, like a lake disturbed by a pebble, the waves spreading outwards.
Then, a figure slowly emerged from it.
A figure in a black Spider-Man suit appeared before Chen Ye, making a gesture to stop, clearly surrendering.
Chen Ye understood which parallel universe this was upon seeing the Black Spider.
"Black Spider? Take off your mask," Chen Ye ordered.
The Black Spider hesitated, clearly not wanting to remove his mask.
He muttered softly, "This isn't good, sir. I need to keep a low profile."
Chen Ye replied sarcastically, "Cut the act, Miles. There aren't many Spider-Man suits that can turn invisible and are also black. You've been exposed for a while now."
Chen Ye immediately recognized the Black Spider in front of him as the protagonist from the animated movie of his previous life. After all, Miles was the only Black Spider-Man in the multiverse.
