The next morning, Kyle woke up early and decided to work out at home instead of going outside. Living in an urban area didn't afford him many peaceful hours to take a run around the block.
"I can't let this become an excuse," he muttered to himself as he stood beneath the shower.
He would be living here for a long time, so he couldn't keep postponing his plans. Running had always been his remedy for mental fatigue and stress, so tonight he intended to head out and explore the area.
"I need to visit the family house too..."
He planned to return after a few hours. Hopefully, they wouldn't pay too much attention to him, making it easier for him to leave again in the evening.
Stepping out of the bathroom, he asked the system, "Mind telling me about Tharos? How is she?"
