First came a gigantic skeleton, close in structure to his own bones, yet enlarged nearly a hundredfold.
Then, from both shoulders of that skeleton, four more arms emerged outward with a grinding clatter—arms identical to the original pair.
Next, an immense volume of chakra surged out from Rei Kaguya's body, transforming into the flesh, blood, and chakra pathways of the skeletal giant. What had originally been nothing but bare bones rapidly became a majestic deity with a wrathful, forked visage.
Finally, natural energy—the true power representing this planet itself—came rushing in like a tide. Combining with Rei Kaguya's already enormous chakra, it formed a set of bone armor over that towering, pale Martial God, armor that carried the aura of judgment and destruction.
And upon the six arms of the Martial God Asura, bracers and weapons symbolizing vajra-like wrath appeared one after another.
Like a heavenly god descending to subdue demons, it stood before the demon fox that had brought calamity to the world.
"All right. Let's begin the second round, Obito Uchiha."
"Let the world see what war in a new era should look like."
His grand, majestic voice spread in every direction.
Within a radius of several kilometers, every living creature that could still breathe was shaken by that bell-like voice into stopping whatever they were doing. Almost instinctively, they turned toward the direction of the sound, wanting to witness the full appearance of the one who had spoken.
Then, they saw a blade-light.
A blade-light that stretched from the center of Konoha Village all the way to some unknown distance beyond, mercilessly severing and shredding everything that stood in its path.
Buildings.
Barriers.
Mountains.
Rivers.
The earth itself.
Even after it had already passed far into the distance, that enormous blade-light still left scorching traces between sky and land.
As the target locked onto by that strike, Obito Uchiha's expression completely darkened.
Relying on the power of Kamui, he had temporarily shifted both himself and the Nine-Tails into another dimension, avoiding Rei Kaguya's abrupt slash.
But the fact that his opponent had also mastered an ultimate power no weaker than Susanoo—and perhaps even more complete in its finished state—gave him an enormous and urgent sense of crisis.
He had originally thought that after reclaiming both eyes, evolving the Susanoo he had awakened the moment his Mangekyo Sharingan first manifested—an absolute trump card even in Madara Uchiha's hands—to a higher stage, and then adding the Nine-Tails' power on top of that, he would become the strongest being beneath the Sage of Six Paths.
He had thought he would be able to surpass Rei Kaguya in every aspect, despite Rei possessing only the Dead Bone Pulse as a Kekkei Genkai.
But now, it seemed that the Dead Bone Pulse of the Kaguya clan and the Byakugan of the Hyuga clan had also produced an ultimate power that was in no way inferior to Susanoo.
At the very least, in all of Rei Kaguya's previous battles, he had never displayed the Dead Bone Pulse to a level comparable to the techniques he had used today—Nation-Hunting, Spear of God, and this Six Heavens Vajra.
"Are you… another Six Paths? Then before you evolve the Byakugan into something capable of rivaling the Rinnegan, I'll kill you with Kamui!"
Bringing the Nine-Tails, clad in Majestic Attire: Susanoo, back into the real world, Obito Uchiha's eyes suddenly shone with intense brilliance.
Driven by his full strength, Kamui's spatial distortion acted upon the enormous six-armed Asura. Almost instantly, it swallowed the opponent's head into the Kamui dimension.
But this did not affect the Six Heavens Vajra's movements in the slightest.
The head that had been forcibly sent into another dimension regenerated almost instantly, and at the same time, the Six Heavens Vajra began moving with huge, heavy strides, charging toward the Nine-Tails.
"Roar!"
The Nine-Tails refused to show weakness.
It straightened its body and swung its claws, which were wrapped in Kamui's space-rending power, directly toward the gigantic white bone weapons in the Six Heavens Vajra's hands.
As expected, even weapons formed from senjutsu chakra could not resist the cutting power of spatial fissures.
The weapons in the Six Heavens Vajra's hands were severed by the Nine-Tails' claw. Even the armor on its body was split open, leaving a massive gash.
But before the Nine-Tails' claw could pull free from its body, the Six Heavens Vajra's enormous fist—protected by a ferocious, wrathful bracer—slammed down like a falling meteor, smashing hard into the Nine-Tails before it could phase away.
The heaven-shaking impact crushed the blue Susanoo armor like a biscuit.
Then it sent the Nine-Tails' colossal body flying backward in a straight line.
Along the way, countless Konoha buildings that had remained relatively intact were completely destroyed. The once-bustling streets of Konoha were carved into a long trench several meters deep by the Nine-Tails' body.
And at the instant the Nine-Tails' enormous body was about to stop sliding, it opened its mouth without hesitation, having already gathered power for a long time, and fired a series of small Tailed Beast Balls toward the Six Heavens Vajra.
"Hah!"
The Six Heavens Vajra gave a domineering shout and stomped heavily onto the ground.
The tremendous force caused the earth within several hundred meters to shake like a mid-sized earthquake.
Immediately afterward, the Six Heavens Vajra threw all of its weapons to the two arms that were rapidly repairing themselves. Its remaining four arms then suddenly struck forward together.
The wrath on its forked face grew even deeper as it roared:
"Deny Heaven!"
Pale flames of light surged down along the Six Heavens Vajra's four arms and gathered at the point where its hands met, causing space itself to visibly twist violently.
Then, an incomparably vast beam of radiance roared out.
It swallowed every Tailed Beast Ball along its path and tore through the sky at a speed that could not possibly be dodged. While destroying and annihilating all matter in its path, it surged straight toward the Nine-Tails.
"Kamui!"
Facing a strike more powerful than a Tailed Beast Ball, one that could even shake space itself, Obito Uchiha did not dare show the slightest carelessness.
He immediately pushed his Mangekyo dojutsu to its limit, creating a distortion point leading to another dimension in front of Deny Heaven, attempting to completely banish that destructive attack into his alternate space.
Boom!
"Uwaaaaaaaaaah!"
The radiance of Deny Heaven was indeed banished into another dimension by Obito Uchiha's combined dual Kamui.
However, that power, strong enough to distort space itself, unprecedentedly created a massive explosion and impact inside the alternate dimension that belonged solely to Obito Uchiha.
The violent tremors within the Kamui dimension reflected into reality.
Blood flowed from Obito Uchiha's Mangekyo Sharingan in an extremely rare sight, followed by such intense pain that he nearly lost control of his body and perception of his surroundings.
And Rei Kaguya clearly would not miss such an opportunity—one he had anticipated from the beginning.
He immediately drove the Six Heavens Vajra forward with its blade raised, pressing in close. Against the Nine-Tails, which had fallen into a daze due to its master's loss of control, he unleashed six slashes powerful enough to split mountains, sever peaks, cut rivers, and shift seas.
"Don't… even think about it!"
Obito Uchiha gritted his teeth and forced himself back to awareness. Once again, he pulled the Nine-Tails into the Kamui dimension that had been blasted into chaos, avoiding the Six Heavens Vajra's full-power slashes.
He allowed those six blade-lights to fly toward the direction of Konoha's main gate, shattering one-fifth of Konoha Village along with its outer wall and opening six blazing red roads of molten earth in the direction they continued.
"Hide inside forever if you have the ability. I'd like to see just how long a space created by a mere pair of Mangekyo Sharingan can let you keep running!"
The six-armed Asura swung its blades again.
The blade-light fell like rain.
Like wind.
Without leaving the slightest gap, it flew endlessly toward the Nine-Tails, which had temporarily separated itself from the real world.
The radiance of blade-light and explosions illuminated the night sky near Konoha until it seemed as bright as day.
