So , I just found out that in mythology , Loki is actually a fire giant (guess the MCU aint all that accurate). But that won't affect the story ahead , I'll adapt.

It was probably for the best though since at this point , Riley's fused body and soul contained different powerful energies which all needed nurturing and mastering.
His cells had solar energy combined with the light of the Pika Pika No mi and Divine energy all together. His magical energy was previously housed within his soul but with the fusion of body and soul and the evolution into a Dragon , something strange happened.
Riley's body grew a second heart of sorts as an adaptation of his internal reactive evolution but this heart was mainly for the Cosmic Ether and only pumped blood as a secondary function.
Despite the two hearts , nothing changed on the outside and his internal organs remained spaced and unbothered due to his physique which affected the Spacial constraints of Riley's own body.
His first main heart was the storage and main organ for Dragon qi then lastly there was his Celestial energy.
Celestial energy was the only power in Riley's body that existed separate from his organs and natural body.
With his evolution Dragon evolution , Riley had developed what is known as a Celestial vein in his body. This vein existed both physically and spiritually just like his soul and body fusion.
As Riley's Celestial power grew , the Celestial vein would naturally develop and spread throughout his entire body until every inch of his body had Celestial veins.
When that process was complete , he would undergo his first Celestial evolution into the ranks of Celestial deities.
The inherited knowledge didn't give him anything more than that , but that was only because he hadn't yet even taken that first step so he still had a long way to go.
The thought of having all that potential and so many paths to master just made Riley more excited and determined to grow stronger so that he could live freely.
Taking a couple of minutes to calm his erratic mind , he continued testing his Divine abilities with the next one being Star rage.
This ability was surprisingly compatible with Riley's Kryptonian capabilities since it mostly involved chanelling the power of a star to enhance his physical capabilities.
The effect was exactly the same as Kryptonian cells except that it was temporary but much more versatile.
With Star rage , Riley absorbed the ambient energy released by any stars such as the sun then chanelled it into his body to forcefully boost all his physical capabilites and he could even weaponize that Star power.
At first Riley just curiously explored the ability but then an idea hit him.
If he already naturally absorbed the power of Stars into his body , then couldn't this ability allow him to control it too.
At first , his tests didn't accomplish anything and he couldn't even feel the power he absorbed since it was too deeply infused in his body. But after about two hours of persisting , Riley finally managed to sense a faint hum of power throughout his whole body.
It wasn't much but given that the ability was also still weak , it was easy to guess what he could do with it in the future.
Originally , the chanelling trait of Star rage was temporary since even a Celestial Dragon's body couldn't just casually hold the energy of Stars , but given Riley's Kryptonian body , this was basically a cultivation method for him in a way.
In order to test this , Riley even left his inner training hall and went out to the colliseum like training field connected to the castle.
While using , Star rage , Riley's rate of star energy absorbtion increased by a very small but still noticeable amount since his body kept a tiny portion of the power he chanelled through him.
The abilities he had tested already made him satisfied thus he didn't even now care if the remaining ones were weak or useless so he tried them out with a much calmer and casual curiosity.
Venom breathe , as was expected , is a breathe weapon except it isn't his official breathe weapon.
With Venom breathe , Riley could now exhale a burst of poisonous gas into the air by tightening his venom sac until the pressure evaporated the poison into gas and released it from a usually closed tube that led straight to his mouth.
It was also more of an evolutionary adaptation than an actual ability and seemed more useful for getting an edge in a life or death battle.
At this point , Riley guessed that all the poison related abilities were just biological capabilites which , though abnormal , could still be explained.
It turned out to be true though since the venom bite was just him injecting venom with all his teeth instead of only his fangs.
Then there was the last ability , Qi reinforcement. The naming of the ability didn't actually describe the ability at all since it wasn't about reinforcing the body with his Qi but more about reinforcing his innate qi with ambient qi in the atmosphere.
Basically , Riley could forcefully absorb a large amount of Ambient life force from his surroundings or from a weaker individual then use it to increase the Potency of his own qi temporarily.
It wasn't about reinforcing his body but reinforcing his own qi.
The ability was abit redundant since his Dragon qi would eventually be more potent that any other qi around , but currently the ability was still useful and would be for a while , plus it's effects and strength would also grow over time.
Time passed quickly after that and Riley spent most of it continuing his tests and trying out different combinations of his abilities while trying to get relatively proficient in the more useful ones.
Eventually it was evening so he left the castle and returned to his room in the apartment to take a shower.
By the time he got out , Esme had finished preparing everything for his birthday just how he liked it.
She had gotten some good movies for them to watch on the still relatively knew Flat screen TV which recently came out replacing the antique and honestly quite expensive box shaped TV they had previously.
Snacks were also laid out and the cake was ready too , though still covered up and chilled with a Frost rune on some standby large enchanted platter.
Riley had pretty much gotten addicted to Ice cream cakes and even went to the occassional high end restaurant
