"Oh? I thought you didn't know anything."
"I just remember."
"Right~"
Victoria stared at Reinhard before she moved closer, close enough that he could feel her warmth.
"But you think that one interesting fact… is worth all the favors I'd have to call in?" She asked, tilting her head as a lock of dark hair slipped down her shoulder. "Helping your friend would cost me a lot of favors."
Reinhard smiled as he reached for her hand. He took it gently but firmly, his thumb making small circles on her skin.
When he spoke, his voice was quiet but sure.
"Of course not. That would be unfair to ask." He paused while his thumb continued its path. "But this knowledge isn't just information. It's a very nice weapon for you as well."
Victoria raised one eyebrow while leaning in closer until their faces were only inches apart, and her free hand came to rest on his chest. "How so? Explain that reasoning to me."
