Chapter 120
After searching for a while, Alex immediately locked onto the front section of the restaurant. Sitting not too far away from the entrance were two men dressed in casual clothes.
One was a native Korean and the other possessed deep western features, making him look like an English man.
Though they were eating and chatting like good old friends catching up over dinner, Alex noticed that every few seconds, the English man would casually glance toward their table, before quickly looking away.
The Korean guy wasn't much better either. He too kept stealing brief looks toward Nyx.
Alex's expression remained as calm and collected as ever. To keep up the facade, he casually picked up another shot of soju and downed it soon after, slamming the small glass onto the table with a loud, satisfied sigh.
However, inside his mind, his eyes had already turned cold. Now he was truly certain of one thing. That is, one of their drinks had been drugged.
