Chapter 19 - Chapter 19 : The Main Hall

The next day morning,

Eternal bell rang throughout The Eternal Sect ,

Dong ! Dong ! Dong !

The bell rang for three times but the after effects bring piece to the soul of each and every member of the sect ...

Supreme elder Gu Xuan , eight peak masters , hundreds of elders , stewards and even those new hall masters and personal disciples, inner disciples and outer disciples all came out of their own places....

The 8 peak become lively in just a few seconds. Except The Eternal peak, where only Huai lived the other peaks are lively at this moment, going on the way to the main hall.

Everyone came at the bottom of Eternal mountain , now this mountain also changed it's appearence,

As the final resonance of the third bell toll faded into the clouds, the silence at the base of the Eternal Peak was replaced by the synchronized movement of thousands. A magnificent Jade Cloud Staircase, spanning kilometers in width, manifested from the mountainside, glowing with a soft, milky light that seemed to pulse in time with the planet's heartbeat. The disciples didn't just walk; they ascended through a "Spatial Buoyancy Field" built into the mountain, which allowed even those with lower cultivation to move with the grace of soaring birds.

The journey upward was a sensory feast of divine phenomena. As they passed the mid-mountain mark, the path led them through the "Valley of Whispering Daos," where the waterfalls didn't drop water, but liquid starlight that hummed ancient sutras as it splashed against the rocks. Rainbow-colored spirit cranes, each possessing a cultivation equivalent to a Foundation Establishment master, glided alongside the procession, their wings brushing against the disciples' robes as if welcoming them home. The air grew progressively cooler and purer, scented with the fragrance of Eternal Lotus, which cleared their minds and focused their intent for the historic meeting ahead.

The procession itself was a sight that would have paralyzed any outside observer with awe. At the front were the Elders, their Soul Transformation auras blending into a vibrant tapestry of elemental colors—blazing reds, deep blues, and sharp silvers—that lit up the path like a localized aurora borealis. Behind them followed the Inner Disciples, their steps firm and their gazes sharp, followed finally by the vast, white sea of Outer Disciples. Despite the thousands of people moving at once, there was no sound of talking or clashing footsteps; the entire sect moved as a single, breathing entity, united by a fanatical devotion to the man waiting for them at the top.

As they finally breached the highest cloud layer, the Eternal Hall revealed itself in all its cosmic glory, sitting upon a plaza of solid obsidian that mirrored the star-filled sky above. The transition from the mountain path to the summit felt like stepping out of the world and into the heart of the universe. The disciples stood for a brief moment in the plaza, overwhelmed by the sight of the hall's pillars that seemed to hold up the rotating galaxies overhead. Taking a final, deep breath of the divine air, they began to filter through the massive gates, ready to take their places in the seats of dreams and face their Sect Master.

As the gates of the Eternal Hall swung wide, the disciples and elders stepped from the solid ground of the mountain into a realm that defied every law of reality. The "beauty" was a celestial masterpiece: the floor was a mirror of dark obsidian that didn't reflect the ceiling, but rather revealed a swirling, infinite abyss of nebulae and star clusters beneath their feet, making it feel as if they were walking on the very skin of the cosmos. Yet, beneath this beauty lay a crushing "horror"—the sheer, terrifying scale of the void.

The spatial pressure within the hall was so immense that it felt as if the weight of a thousand suns was pressing against their souls, a silent reminder that they were no longer in a mere building, but inside a divine construct that could swallow entire worlds without a ripple.

Standing in two perfect rows leading toward the throne were the hundred new Hall Masters, their presences acting as pillars of absolute power.

The elders of the Sect felt their legs grow weak as they sensed the cultivation of these figures: Nascent Soul, Soul Transformation, and even the world-shaking aura of Void Refinement. Among them stood Grandmaster Void-Step, a man whose body seemed to flicker in and out of existence, and Lady Star-Weaver, whose eyes held the cold light of distant pulsars. These were not mere guards; they were titans of the federation, silent and motionless, their very existence imposing a law of absolute silence that chilled the blood of every disciple who passed between them.

The disciples moved forward in a daze, their necks craned upward to witness the impossible. Above them, a miniature supernova silently bloomed and collapsed in a cycle of eternal rebirth, while rings of Saturn-like ice drifted lazily through the air, close enough to touch. The sheer sensory overload of witnessing space-time phenomena—black holes bending light and auroras dancing in the high rafters—kept them in a state of breathless shock. Their journey only slowed when they reached the center of the hall, where the cosmic chaos seemed to still, drawing their eyes to the colossal throne that sat at the apex of the universe.

There, bathed in the soft glow of a thousand dying stars, sat Shen Huai. He was draped in a deep blue robe of "Star-Silk," intricately inscribed with golden runes that shifted and flowed like liquid sunlight across his form. His appearance was otherworldly: a face of such jade-like perfection it seemed sculpted by the gods themselves, accented by a striking red mark between his eyebrows that thrummed with hidden power. His long, raven-black hair was partially held by a small, delicate golden crown, while the rest flowed down his shoulders, intertwined with dangling silver and golden chains that chimed with a haunting, ethereal melody as he moved. With his light brown eyes reflecting the entire galaxy and an aura of "Unknown Mystery" swirling around him like a protective mist, Huai didn't look like a Sect Master—he looked like the progenitor of the plane itself, watching over his creation with a gaze that saw through time and space.

Everyone came towards Huai. They bowed to him , although he's still in meditative state still evryone bowed and gave him salute then sitted on their designated seats .

Huai opened his eyes. The gentle eyes made evryone felt as if they are looking at the direct law of nature. Countless galaxies , cosmic phenomenons , stars, planets evrything stopped in their course just to show their respect towards huai . Huai waves his hand and everything came to normal.

Huai looked at the elders and peak masters and personal disciples first . He can see their cultivation in a single glance all the peak masters already reached the level of soul transformation along with supreme elder Gu xuan.

All the personal disciples reached at least golden core peak , while the strongest of them reached nascent soul level 4. He can see other 100s of elders reached the levels of nascent souls . Every steward reached the level of golden core .

He looked at inner disciples and outer sect disciples who sat at the very ending . The highest cultivation level of the inner disciple reached the level 5 golden core realm when the lowest of them at foundation establishment peak realm.

For the outer sect disciples highest of them reached foundation establishment level 7 and their lowest cultivation level is qi condensation peak.

Huai nodded at everyone in acknowledgement. He knows how bad it was just a week ago . They were one of the lowest ranking 9th tier sect . Now their sect already reached 8th tier without the registration. But still huai don't want to show the progress soon to Nexus. Nexus already paid attention to him . He changed the pattern in the formation to show nexus that evrything is same in the Eternal Sect as is was a week ago.

Now even if she came to this very main she'd only she the old cramped main hall. The illusion here can't be seen through by a being like nexus at all .

Huai looked at the group of people and said , " I have some accounts to tell you all ..."

His very gentle voice boomed in the hall...

" Yes sect master ! "

The voice of thousands of disciple 100s of elders and peak masters came together.

" You should have known it clearly now that our sect is changed , but I don't want you to spread it to anyone for now, until we reached the pinnacle."

" Although I can take care of it even if its known to outside ,but remember I won't take action for your deed everytime, you should be responsible for your own doings ."

" Always remember in this world , having treasure without having corresponding power to protect it can bring demise to yourself."

Everyone nodded in acknowledgement. They know what huai meant . And all of them are true to begin with. Even tho they don't know the real realm of huai they still don't want to drag him in every matter. They should handle their own matter on their own. Now even they reached a level that they never even dreamed of ...

Huai also felt their sincerity, so he said again ,

" I have another matter that I want to tell all of you."

"During your training in the Eternal Cultivation Tower, I helped the sect leader of Serene willow sect, Yue hua.

After regaining her conciousness she decided that the whole serene sect would be affiliated of my Eternal Sect ."

" I gave them permission to join the wood peak,

So elder Mu Qing accept them when they return, they are very good at the wood technique they'd be great help to you ..."

Mu Qing felt really happy, he always admired the serene willow sect because of it's gentle nature and beautiful control over wood elements.

If it was in past then although they were above serene willow sect, they can't take over the whole sect together.but now with the course of power they had it's absolutely possible.

At this moment a gentle voice sounded in the main hall, " Yue hua came with the whole Serene willow sect to submit to the Eternal Sect."

Huai smiled a gentle smile and murmured in himself, " so they already came here." Although yue hua still standing outside the main gate of Eternal Sect, still now every nook and turn is inscribed with countless runes and formation, so if they talk there that sound came be heared from the main hall ... that's how they heared their announcement.

Huai looked at a steward and said him , " go get them outside the main gate and bring them here to see me ."

The steward bowed towards huai and disappeared from the main hall.

Standing before the massive, unyielding gates of the Eternal Sect, Yue Hua, Qing'er, and the five elders felt like ants at the foot of a celestial fortress. Though the thick, shimmering barrier of the protective array obscured the internal transformation, the sheer spiritual pressure leaking from beneath the gates was enough to make their skin tingle and their breath hitch. The thousands of Serene Willow disciples behind them were a sea of restless murmurs, their eyes wide with a mix of terror and intoxicating hope. "Can a 9th-tier sect really become... this?" whispered one of the younger disciples, his voice trembling as he felt the ground beneath his boots thrumming with a rhythmic, subterranean power that felt far too vast for a mere mountain.

The five elders stood in a tight semicircle, their usual stoicism replaced by a frantic, hushed debate. Elder Mu Ran gripped his staff so hard his knuckles turned white, his eyes fixed on the ripples of the gate's energy. "The laws of the world are bending," he muttered to Elder Shui Lian, who was pale with shock. "I can feel the Wood Element in the air—it's not just dense; it's sentient." Yue Hua, though her strength was newly returned, felt a strange sense of insignificance; she had been a Sect Leader for decades, yet standing here, she felt like a child waiting for an audience with a god.
