Chapter 61 - Chapter 61: Holy Level Citizen

Huai looked at the kneeling ancestor Jian Canghai, then waved his hand .

A gentle force helped Jian Canghai to sand up straight again . Huai smiled at him and then said ,

" I came here this time to ask you came back as a force of my Eternal Sect. But you asked first , from today onwards thousand sword sect is a force under my Eternal Sect's protection."

Huai stood with an air of quiet authority as he turned toward Goddess Nexus, the 14th Galaxy Sovereign, to finalize the new geopolitical landscape of the region.

Without a hint of hesitation, he declared his intent to formally register the Thousand Sword Sect, the Azure Mist Sect, and the Great Solaris Kingdom all formidable 8th-tier high-level powers as official subordinates of the Eternal Sect.

The air in the room grew heavy with the weight of this announcement. It was a bold move that signaled the true awakening of a sleeping giant;

by consolidating three high-level entities under one banner, Huai was effectively carving out a massive territory and reclaiming a sovereign status that had been lost to time.

The revelation sent a fresh wave of shock through those present, as many had not realized that the Azure Mist Sect

and the Great Solaris Kingdom had already quietly pledged their fealty before Huai even stepped foot into the Thousand Sword Sect's domain.

Mu Feng and the other elders exchanged stunned glances, realizing that while they were focused on their own crisis, Huai had been systematically reassembling the fragmented pieces of his ancient lineage.

This wasn't just a rescue mission for a dying ancestor; it was a calculated masterclass in sect restoration.

The fact that two other 8th-tier powers had submitted so readily spoke volumes about Huai's hidden influence and the terrifying potential of the Eternal Sect's resurgence.

Nexus looked at Huai, her digital dress flickering as she processed the sheer scale of the administrative shift.

Registering three 8th-tier subordinates simultaneously was nearly unheard of for a sect that had been considered "declining" or "hidden" just weeks prior.

However, witnessing the miracle of the Holy Pill and the absolute submission of Ancestor Jian Canghai, she knew she couldn't refuse.

With a nod of her head, she acknowledged the request, understanding that the power balance of the Blue Star planet had just shifted.

The Eternal Sect was no longer a name from the history books; with the swords of three 8th ter powers behind him, Huai had officially announced his return to the planetary stage.

Goddess Nexus stood in silent contemplation as her divine consciousness swept across the vast, dilapidated Western Region of Blue Star.

In an instant, her internal processors and the Heavenly Dao within her dress calculated the shifting tides of power,

there were only four 8th-tier high-level powers remaining in this territory, and three of them the Thousand Sword Sect, the Azure Mist Sect, and the Great Solaris Kingdom had now officially submitted to the Eternal Sect.

This meant that, for the first time in millennia, the fractured and lawless Western Region had been unified under a single will. The authority of the entire region now rested firmly in the hands of Shen Huai.

Recognizing the monumental nature of this feat, Nexus did not hesitate to exercise her authority as a Galaxy Sovereign.

She manipulated the digital laws of the Federation's registry, officially granting Huai the title of Regional Overlord. By her command, the Eternal Sect was elevated in status to reflect its new position as the central pillar of the west.

She arranged for the formal transfer of regional governing powers to Huai, effectively making him the supreme arbiter of law, resources, and military might within the territory.

To everyone else, it was a administrative miracle; to Huai, it was simply the return of what was rightfully his.

Beyond the official recognition, Nexus bestowed upon Huai a series of rewards fitting for a man who had united a region.

From the void, she summoned a Sovereign's Decree, a golden scroll that granted the Eternal Sect immunity from certain Federation taxes and direct access to high-level resource nodes.

She also released a surge of Heavenly Dao Essence into the surroundings, a reward that would accelerate the cultivation of every disciple under the Eternal banner.

As the golden light bathed the Thousand Sword Sect, Nexus looked at Huai with a complicated expression, realizing that by rewarding his unification of the west,

she had just officially sanctioned the rise of a power that might one day rival the Federation itself.

At the moment of thinking, Nexus had a brilliant idea before Huai asked him for a favour, that's why she can't gave him a promotion in his level of both physician qualification or alchemist qualification.

but...hehehe she thought something amusing in her heart.

Nexus looked directly at Huai, her voice resonating with a divine frequency that ensured every person in the room heard her clearly.

"Congratulations, 6th-tier citizen Shen Huai, for curing an ancient curse and successfully concocting your first Holy Medicine,"

she proclaimed, her eyes shimmering with digital light.

"Furthermore, congratulations for contributing the pill prescription of the Holy-grade 'Nether Fire Holy Pill' to the archives of humanity. "

"However, due to your specific request, we will not promote your official alchemist or physician rank tokens."

Just as the elders began to look confused, wondering why such a monumental achievement would go unrewarded, Nexus waved her hand toward Huai.

In an instant, the three standard tokens residing in Huai's space pouch flew out and dissolved into a fine, sparkling mist.

Huai initially felt a sense of relief that his low-profile request was being honored, but the look of mischief in Nexus's eyes made his expression change instantly.

He realized too late that the Galaxy Sovereign had found a loophole to reward him without technically "ranking" him.

From the shimmering void, Nexus summoned a new object that radiated a pure, ethereal light. It was a beautiful white token, crafted from a material that seemed to exist between the physical and digital realms.

On one side, the words "Divine Physician" were etched in ancient, flowing script, while the other side bore the prestigious title: "Human Federation Holy-Grade Citizen."

The pressure emanating from the token was so immense that the air in the room seemed to hum with the authority of the Heavenly Dao itself.

Nexus declared with an air of finality, "From this moment forward, the Divine Physician stands above any physician or alchemist within the Federation.

As a Holy-grade citizen, he is granted the right to travel to any planet governed by the 14 Galaxy Sovereigns.

Furthermore, a personal villa shall be prepared for him on each of the 14 Sovereign Planets within the Central Federation Galaxy. He is no longer bound by the common laws of the star systems."

She paused, a small, triumphant smile tugging at the corners of her lips as she addressed Huai's specific condition.

"And as per the request of citizen Huai, this token carries no numerical rank. It is a unique existence, beyond the grading system of the masses."

The room fell into a stunned, reverent silence. By bypassing the standard ranks, Nexus had ironically given Huai a status more terrifying and prestigious than any 1st-grade master could ever hope to achieve making him a peer to the Sovereigns themselves in all but name.

Huai has become a Holy-grade Citizen! With villas on all 14 Sovereign Planets and a status that transcends ranking, he is now the most influential figure in the Western Region and beyond.

Huai's face darkened as he realized he had been "rewarded" right into the center of the spotlight he had spent so much effort trying to avoid. I

Ignoring the divine aura radiating from the beautiful figure before him, he gritted his teeth and let out a string of sharp, creative curses directed straight at Nexus.

The room fell into a silence so absolute it felt as though the laws of physics had stopped; the elders and disciples stood frozen, their eyes bulging in pure horror as they witnessed their new Sect Leader openly berate one of the 14 absolute rulers of humanity as if she were a mischievous younger sister.

Nexus, however, didn't display a shred of anger; instead, she simply folded her arms and wore a smug, radiant smile that suggested she was thoroughly enjoying his frustration.

She looked at him with an expression that clearly said,

"You asked for no rank, and I gave you no rank," perfectly playing the role of the innocent benefactor while knowing full well she had made him the most famous man in the Federation.

Her playful silence only fueled Huai's annoyance, making it clear to everyone that the relationship between this "Divine Physician" and the Galaxy Sovereign was far deeper and more chaotic than any of them could have dared to imagine.

The members of the Thousand Sword Sect, including Ancestor Jian Canghai, felt their souls trembling at the sheer audacity of the scene.

To them, the Galaxy Sovereigns were living gods whose names were spoken only in hushed whispers of reverence, yet here was Huai, treating the 14th Sovereign with blatant "disgust" and verbal fire.

This terrifying display of fearlessness did more to cement Huai's legendary status in their hearts than any pill or needle ever could; they realized that their Lord didn't just have the skills of a god he had the temper to match one, and apparently, the standing to get away with it.

Nexus leaned in slightly, the smug smile on her lips widening as she savored her small victory over Huai's temper.

"You don't need to think about your safety," she said, her voice dropping into a tone that was both reassuring and teasingly superior.

"I can still protect you from the eyes of traitors and those extraterrestrial races. Don't worry about your sect either; I can hide their details using the powers bestowed upon me by the Federation."

" Even the other thirteen sovereigns won't know a single thing about you." Her words carried the weight of an absolute promise, a divine shroud that would allow Huai to keep his secrets even while holding the most prestigious token in the galaxy.

Before Huai could retort or hurl another insult her way, the digital data patterns on her dress flared with a brilliant, celestial light.

With a playful wink that left the surrounding elders breathless, Nexus stepped backward and vanished into the void as effortlessly as a drop of water merging with the ocean.

The terrifying pressure of the Galaxy Sovereign evaporated instantly, leaving the room in a state of stunned, ringing silence.

Huai was left standing there, clutching his new "unranked" holy token and glaring at the empty space where she had been, the undisputed Overlord of the West now protected by a veil of secrecy that only a god could weave.

Huai remained standing with his hand outstretched toward the empty air, his fingers twitching as if he were trying to physically pull Nexus back from the void just to give her a piece of his mind.

Even after her divine presence had vanished, he continued to glare at the spot she once occupied, his voice rising in a frustrated cadence that echoed through the silent, terrified hall.

"Protect me? You call this protection, you digital brat?!" he barked, shaking the white jade token at the ceiling.

"You just gave me a 'secret' status that shines like a lighthouse in a dark alley! And as for the rest of those thirteen old fossils you call peers if any of them try to move into my new villas"

"tell them I've replaced the floorboards with spirit-suppressing spikes! 'No rank,' my foot! You've turned me into a legendary artifact with a pulse!"

He let out a long, weary sigh, muttering under his breath about how he should have stayed in the mountains where the only thing he had to cure was the occasional constipated spirit beast instead of dealing with galaxy-level pranksters.
