A light shone in the sky, and everyone suddenly felt magic power welling up; the magic was back!
Acnologia chuckled and said, "That guy certainly kept his promise."
"Aznain failed?"
Hades frowned slightly. He never expected Fairy Tail to have so many experts. That intelligence was long outdated; not only were Acnologia and Irene two unknown masters, but even Erza had grown to this extent.
Makarov had been dominated the entire time. Now, his giant body could no longer be maintained and gradually shrank. Immediately after, he was sent flying thirty meters by a chain strike.
Hades shook his head slightly. "You really never learn, Makarov. Your life ends here."
Makarov was somewhat unwilling. "Even though I'm not as good as you, my children will definitely defeat you!"
Hades laughed as if he had heard something hilarious. "Stop dreaming. You have no idea what kind of power I possess."
Magic power condensed in his hand, and a massive magic circle unfolded, aimed at Makarov.

Natsu, Gray, and Juvia rushed out, the three of them casting magic simultaneously. Water and ice combined, and a fire cyclone storm tore through the air.

Hades sneered, reaching out to unfold a magic circle. A dark rift split open in space, swallowing the magic of the two.
Then, with a wave of his hand, two chains lashed out, sending Natsu and Gray flying.
"Sky Dragons Roar!"
"Iron Dragons Roar!"
Gajeel and Wendy arrived, launching their strongest attacks immediately.
Hades formed seals in the air. Two giant dark hands instantly swatted away the Roars along with the two of them, leaving them heavily injured on the ground.
He frowned slightly. "Did Sical fail too?"
In other words, only Rastinros and Bluenote were left.
"Fairy Glitter!"
Suddenly, a cold voice rang out.
Boom! Boom! Boom!!!
The ground shone with golden light, turning into a halo that locked Hades in place. Then, a pillar of light shot into the sky, erupting with the power of stars to dispel evil, sweeping across the heavens and the earth.
This magic storm was so intense that Natsu and the others were blown away, tumbling several times.
Lucy opened her eyes and looked at the newcomer, saying in surprise, "It's Cana! Did you get the Fairy Hogoku Magic?"
A smile appeared on Cana's face. "Of course. Now I'm a genuine S-Class Mage!"
"Is Hades defeated?"
Natsu scrambled to his feet. The previous battle against Zancrow had left him severely injured, and his magic power was now nearly depleted.
Gray shook his head. "Probably not!"
Someone of his age and strength, surpassing even the Master, wouldn't be taken out so easily.
Sure enough, Hades' entire body radiated dark light, completely swallowing the power of Fairy Glitter. Then, a black whip sent the panicked Cana flying into a wall.
"No one understands Fairy Tail's three Great Hogoku Magics better than I do! The caster was too weak!"
He was hit by Fairy Glitter but remained unscathed. His figure blurred as he kicked Cana away and then sent the newly standing Natsu and the others flying with a backhand magic whip strike.
"Brats, let me show you true Dark Magic!"
Hades raised both hands to the sky. A pitch-black sphere condensed, growing larger as magic power gathered. A terrifying aura filled with death and destruction permeated the air.
"Not good! Stop him!"
Makarov struggled to his feet and cast Amaterasu Formula 28. Six powerful pillars of light rushed toward the black sphere, but they were instantly swallowed without causing a ripple.
Acnologia looked into the distance as a golden bolt of lightning streaked across the sea. He murmured to himself, "Perfect timing. If you were any later, I wouldn't have left this opportunity for you."
"Thunder Dragon Halberd!"
Just as Hades was about to release his magic, a trident condensed from lightning shot through the air, instantly detonating the dark magic and causing it to dissipate into a black mist.
Then, a tall, blonde man appeared, knocking Hades away with a punch and standing in front of Makarov.
A cold, domineering voice echoed across the battlefield: "Who gave you permission to lay a hand on my family?"
Seeing that tall and familiar figure, Makarov's eyes reddened. "Laxus!"
Natsu, Gray, and the others were incredibly excited. "Laxus is back!"
This guy was just like Gildarts; his appearance made everyone feel that things were under control.
The three members of the Thunder God Tribe, who had just returned, were overjoyed, their eyes brimming with tears. "Laxus!"
"Sorry to keep you waiting."
Laxus smiled, looking down at the tearful Makarov, and said seriously, "Leave this to me!"
He glanced at Irene, a flash of gratitude in his eyes. If she hadn't notified him in advance, he might not have made it back in time.
Gildarts also defeated Bluenote and rushed back. Seeing Laxus, he breathed a sigh of relief and laughed, "Yo, Laxus, welcome back!"
With this guy here, he could finally relax a bit.
Erza stepped forward with a happy smile on her face. "Do you need help?"
Laxus said confidently, "No need, I can handle this alone. Today, I'll let this second master rest here forever alongside the first!"
Hades crossed his arms and laughed loudly. "Hahaha, I didn't expect that brat to have such a boastful grandson."
"Heh, stop acting like a big shot just because you're old..."
Laxus sneered, his body turning into a bolt of golden lightning. With incredible speed, he appeared before Hades in an instant, punching him hard in the face, followed by a blow to the abdomen that sent Hades flying dozens of meters.
"I'm not done yet!"
Laxus roared, chasing the flying Hades as a bolt of lightning. He punched him in the head, slamming him into the ground with a burst of terrifying lightning.
Everyone's mouths hung open in surprise. So strong! Laxus was indeed as powerful as ever!
Although Hades was hit repeatedly, he remained unhurried, floating backward. "Not bad. You're stronger than Makarov."
Laxus sneered, "Are those your only last words?"
Suddenly, his expression changed. Purple runes had appeared around him at some point—it was Amaterasu Formula 28!
Hades laughed loudly, "Die!"
Rumble!
Terrifying dark magic enveloped Laxus and exploded instantly. The shockwave shattered the ground, sending Natsu and the others nearby flying.
"Brats will be brats. Give them a little power, and they become arrogant."
Hades watched the smoke billow, a smile touching his lips as if he had already won.
Suddenly, a bolt of lightning shot out from the smoke. Laxus arrived in an instant and punched him hard in the stomach.
Hades was shocked. Unable to dodge, he spat out a mouthful of blood and tumbled a long distance away.
Natsu and the others shouted excitedly, "Nice job, Laxus!"
Erza also looked relieved. "He really is strong!"
She could see that Laxus's strength was a notch above hers without Dragon Knight. If it were the old her, she might not have been his match.
