Given that the brutal clash had lasted less than 15 minutes, local authorities were still desperately trying to evacuate the perimeter, with no official action yet taken by the Hero Association.
However, the result of the battle seemed already decided. The voluptuous superhero, whom not many individuals recognized due to her lack of PR, was watching helplessly as a massive, dark spear formed in the air above her.
'N-no,' Volta thought. She looked towards the grinning villains, stretching her hands out, only to realize that her raw kinetic ability was sealed completely—she felt absolutely nothing when she tried to activate it. Her hot veins ran cold.
