The so-called spiritual authority is the 'ranking of life' and simultaneously a 'portrayal of one's life trajectory'.
In other words, it is the level of life.
Even among beings of the same first-level life, ordinary humans and demons, ordinary humans and gods, ordinary humans and dragons—these are entirely different.
Therefore, there are also categories within spiritual authoritys.
To summarize in one sentence, spiritual authority is the sum total of all aspects of oneself, including soul, body, life trajectory, and achievements.
Thus, the annihilation of one's spiritual authority signifies the end of the individual.
As for Power, it refers to authority and function.
For example, the Power of Destruction is the authority and function to destroy.
Its function is destruction, and it possesses the authority to destroy, hence it can destroy.
Power can be said to be the essence of wielding force, or one could call it the force itself.
Each Power, if broken down into'skills,' can form a systematic skill tree.
Let's use the Power of Destruction as an analogy again.
Destroying matter is a form of destruction, destroying energy is a form of destruction, destroying the soul is a form of destruction, and destroying concepts is also a form of destruction.
Similarly, the forms of releasing destruction can include destruction bullets, destruction cannons, destruction waves, destruction weapons, destruction domains, destruction gazes, destruction words, and so on.
The Hakai Hōteishiki is the fusion of countless flashy energy applications, billions of methods and concepts, resulting in absolute destruction—that is the Power of Destruction.
Extending from this, mastering a single Power essentially means mastering an entire skill tree.
However, regarding this point, Rias is only vaguely aware; to truly integrate and form a Power—as far as is known in the world of High School DxD, including the EXE world—no one has been able to achieve it.

Rias and Sona participated in Rating Games from a young age, and since both are sisters of Demon Kings, the news in the Underworld extensively reported on it.

In the original 'One-Punch Man,' Tatsumaki was already 28 years old when she appeared.
Clearly, she's not a legal loli now, but a genuine loli.
