For security reasons, the authorities had placed a heavy ankle bracelet on his right foot. It served as a shock device, a brutal tool used to put him down in case he acted violently or tried to run. MG was the one who held the remote. He gripped it like a lifeline. The moment the trio's car drove out of sight and the tail lights disappeared, MG pressed the button. He didn't hold it down, just enough to electrify him and send a warning, but not enough to kill him.
Peamah let out a low grunt as the current hit him. His eyes glowed a fierce, predatory yellow as he looked angrily at MG.
