After Ren not much students remained and out of all only Rio stood out.
His portal was lot bigger not much big as Allen but still big enough to cover that frog.
But such a big portal only a half meter size egg fell on the land. The egg had white color with red strips all around and it looked study even if it fell from such height , rather than cracking it made a dent in the ground.
Instructors and even the professional quickly came near to observe the egg.
"An egg was summoned, such a rare sight. I never thought I would see it in my entire life"
"Yes it's close to miracle"
"This is only second occurrence I heard of in our kingdom"
As the three talked, they turned their heads at Rio.
"What are you doing quickly open your taming portal"
One shouted.
Rio quickly opened the portal near egg. Went and tried lifting it but failed.
"Kid's nowadays can't even life a egg"
Instructor sighed as he went to help but it still both of them couldn't lift it.
"It's really heavy"
Instructor said while coughing, hiding his embrassement.
"I will try"
The professional came. He also failed at first surprised by the weight but as he used his complete power he could lift it, he quickly moved and threw that egg in the taming portal.
With beads of sweat on his head he stared at Rio
"Haha boy, your life just changed, don't forget me who helped you in forming your first bond"
The professional said. He looked genuinely happy.
"Haha our academy will finally gain highlight"
"Do you really think he will stay here, they will snatch him before the egg even hatches"
Second instructor gave some reality check to the first instructor before he got too excited.

With such drama happening all the students just stared, didn't knew what to make of this.
Instructor seeing the best chance to teach them explained in detail

'Ahh... If it was such a thing why didn't they steal the egg? '
Ren on the other hand was surprised by the behavior of instructors and tamer.
'Ahh.. Yes it's not that they didn't want it but it's that they can't. Only the summoner can tame the beast he has summoned. And if it stayes out without entering the taming portal after coming from summoning it will get unsumooned. So no one will benifit if they try to steal it. It is even benifit them if they help him tame the egg as a small favour.

Ren thought as he recalled.
After the class ended we got vacation for today and tomorrow and classes will start from day after tomorrow as academy needed to take care of some tasks.
Ren spent some time with Rio searching in library regarding his Egg and also was looking for information on his earthworm beast.
"So did you get anything"
"No no records of anything"
Rio sighed as he looked tired searching for information.
Ren on the other hand fliped the page of the book on earthworm beast.
"Told you, do you really think they would have information about such thing and even if they have it will be some top secret which we will not be able to find in such library even Royal Academy will not have it. "
"Hah.. You talk like you know anything about Royal academy"
Ren went silent as he heard this. He silently flipped through pages finding more information.
'Strange how many types of earthworm are there, I can't even find the one which look like my earthworm. Only this dark type earthworm resembles mine just that mine has dak blue color instead of complete black.'
Rio sat besides Ren also looking at the book..
"So about your beast.. "
Before he could complete the libraries doors opened suddenly and an old man with white beared wearing a black robe entered with quick steps.
He was the third person present aside from these two in the library at time when everyone goes for dinner.
With quick steps he quickly came near Ren and Rio , he threw quick glance at Ren then started staring at Rio.
"Is your name Rio ? "
Rio looked surprised as some person who didn't knew just charged asking if he was Rio.
To save him from making any mistake Ren got up.
"It is an honor to meet the Head master of Royal Academy"
As Rio heard it, he also quickly got up and lowered his head.
"It's honor to meet.. Head master... Of Royal Academy"
"Hmm.. Stop the formalities , show me the egg quick!! "
Rio nervously asked
"Now? Here "
The old man who couldn't stop his curiosity told again
"Yes here , right now, quick"
"Yes, yes"

He tried with other stones but it didn't reacted. Then finally he picked a white stone and touched it. It started glowing with red but started flickering in some reddish shaded colours.
"Hmm.. Some unknown element"
Then he stored those stones and extracted a ball of cristal and touched it to the egg. Which cracked as soon as it touched.
"Hmm... Higher mana, good and finally.. "
He put that back and opened his portal from which a small lizard appeared which has brown color.
It went near the egg. But before it could touch the egg it stopped and looked at man and nodded.
"Good come back now"
And as soon as it came out it went again in its portal.
Everything was happening so fast that Ren and Rio just looked here and there not knowing what to say and think.
"You can store it in your taming portal now"
Saying that as soon as portal opened he threw the egg inside it.
"Rio your potential is big, just looking at that egg I can say that it is powerful. How about it, Do you want to become my disciple? "
"Huh.. "
Rio froze, couldn't figure out what is happening today with him one after another lot happened today. Ren realizing it gave him a push to come out of his zone out.

"It's ok take your time. But I will be leaving tomorrow morning from here so you need to give me answer before that. Beads of sweat startes flowing from Rio head. He couldn't think anything straight, he just wanted to accept the offer now as soon as possible but before he could say anything Ren hand tapped his shoulder.
"Thank you headmaster, I believe he will make good decision and will be not pressured by such external threats until tomorrow morning as Head master is physically present here. No one will dare to take such action until you are here"
Ren said with a smile.
"Yes that's correct. Let me see if anyone dares."
He said as he stared at Ren for a while recalling something but dismissed it.
"You take your time, I will be leaving. We will meet again tomorrow morning be ready with your answer. "
Saying this he stormed out.
Rio sighed
"Thank you Ren, or I would have taken such big decision in pressure without thinking"
"Don't worry about it , but you should think it thoroughly"
