Chapter 1 - The Beginning of an Unknown Journey

The Beginning of an Unknown Journey

The morning sky looked different that day.

A thick blanket of mist covered the silent hills of Darjeeling, turning the entire landscape into a dreamlike world. The cold breeze whispered through the tall pine trees, and tiny drops of dew shimmered on the grass like scattered diamonds. At the edge of these mountains lay a small village called Sonajhuri.

This was where Aryan Sen lived.

Aryan was just seventeen years old — an ordinary boy from an ordinary family. His father had died five years ago in a mysterious mountain accident, leaving behind his mother and younger sister. Since then, Aryan had become the man of the house.

But inside his heart, he carried an extraordinary dream.

Every morning, he climbed the small hill behind his house to watch the sunrise. As the golden light slowly spread across the mountains, he felt something deep within him — a feeling that his life was meant for something bigger.

That morning, however, felt strangely different.

As his mother prepared tea, she suddenly said,

"Aryan, don't go to the market today. Come straight home after school."

Aryan looked up, surprised.

"Why, Mom?"

She hesitated for a moment, then softly replied,

"One of your father's old friends is coming today."

The words sent a chill through Aryan's body.

In five years, no one had spoken about his father's past. And now, suddenly, a friend?

Questions swirled through his mind all day. He could barely focus in class. The ticking clock felt painfully slow.

The moment school ended, he ran straight home.

The Mysterious Visitor

Inside the living room sat a man in his early forties. He had sharp eyes, a serious face, and wore thin-rimmed glasses. His presence alone filled the room with tension.

The man stood up as soon as Aryan entered.

"Are you Aryan?" he asked.

Aryan nodded.

"Yes. Who are you?"

The man extended his hand.

"My name is Rudra Dutta. I was your father's closest friend."

Something about the name stirred distant memories.

Rudra slowly opened a small leather bag and took out an old diary. The cover was dark brown, worn by time, and marked with strange symbols — triangles, circles, and an eye at the center.

He handed it to Aryan.

"This belonged to your father."

Aryan's hands trembled as he took it.

"This diary holds the truth behind your father's death," Rudra said quietly.

Aryan froze.

"What do you mean? My father died in an accident."

Rudra looked him straight in the eyes.

"No, Aryan. That was not an accident."

The room fell into absolute silence.

The Secret Diary

That night, Aryan opened the diary for the first time.

On the first page, his father had written:

"If you are reading this, then know this — my death was not natural. A terrible truth lies hidden behind it. Once you uncover it, your life will never be the same."

Aryan's heartbeat raced.

Page after page revealed shocking secrets.

His father was not just a simple mountain worker. He was part of a classified scientific project known as Project Aurora — an experiment aimed at discovering a mysterious energy capable of turning human thoughts into reality.

One sentence struck Aryan like lightning:

"If this power falls into the wrong hands, the entire world will face destruction."

Aryan closed the diary, his hands shaking.

The world he knew was collapsing.

---

The Arrival of Danger

At dawn, unfamiliar vehicles entered the village. Men in black jackets and dark glasses began questioning villagers. Fear spread quickly.

Rudra rushed inside.

"They're here. We must leave immediately."

"Who are they?" Aryan asked.

"The Shadow Syndicate. They want the diary — and the power of Project Aurora."

Suddenly, loud voices echoed outside.

"Surround the house!"

"Find the boy!"

Gunshots shattered the peaceful silence.

Rudra opened a hidden door behind a wooden cupboard, revealing a narrow passage leading into the forest.

"Run, Aryan! Don't look back!"

Aryan ran.

Bullets whizzed past. Dogs barked. Men shouted.

His heart thundered as he plunged deep into the jungle.

---

Escape into the Unknown

After hours of running, they hid inside a dark mountain cave. Aryan collapsed, gasping for breath.

"Where are we going now?" he whispered.

Rudra replied,

"Sikkim. Your father left his final clue there. That's where the real journey begins."

Aryan stared into the darkness.

His ordinary life had ended.

Now he stood at the edge of an adventure filled with danger, mystery, betrayal, and unimaginable power.

A journey that would decide not only his destiny…

…but the fate of the entire world.
