Leon slowly opened his eyes and looked around the unfamiliar yet familiar surroundings in confusion.
Finally, he asks the question in his mind, "Where am I?"
This was not the apartment he called home.
But something about this place was familiar to him.
And finally it clicked in his mind.
"Thi- This is my college dorm." This statement was more of a question than an answer.
But he was sure of it; this was the dorm room he spent his college life in.
He hadn't forgotten it yet; after all, it had only been like 3 years since he finished college.
But what was he doing here?
He looked around the room again, nostalgia filling his mind.
The dorm room was simple and plain with a study table and a chair, two trundle beds, and some outlets for charging.
There were two doors that connected the room to the washroom and to the hallway.
Leon slowly got off the bed and approached the study table.
"There it is"
The it was his phone that was on charging.
He checked the date and time and was shocked.
The date said 2023 11:32 AM.
He closed the screen and reopened it to make sure it was not a glitch or his eyes playing a trick.
"W-whaa-whatt?" He stammered.
"Did I travel back in time?"
Leon was confused for some time by this bizarre suction.
But after the confusion came joy.
"Yesssss!!" He yelled, not too loud but still loud enough for anyone passing by the hallway to look at his room with a weird look.
Leon was not unfamiliar with the concept of regression or time travel.
As a weeb, he had always been a fan of anime, manga, and web novels.
And concepts like regression and Isekai were common in web novels.
He had always liked this type of story, but at last they were only stories and not real.
At least that's what he thought till now.
Now he had a chance to turn his life around.
He just needed to use his future knowledge, and his life was set.
And he knows just the thing for that.
"Ram here I come!" Leon yelled, joy clear in his voice.
RAM prices were pretty low during 2023, at least lower than they will be in the future.
Due to AI, the prices of RAM would increase to an absurd amount and will continue to increase.
So if he invests in a RAM manufacturing company like Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Micron Technology, then he is good for the rest of his life.
If he thinks about it, RAM is basically the Bitcoin of 2026 for regression-like him.
Smiling to himself, Leon left his dorm room and got outside in the hallway.
Following his memory, he started to go out of the boys dormitory.
Soon he got out of the dormitory and started to look around.
There were not many students around.
If his memory served him right, it should be summer vacation currently, and most students probably left for home.
That's why the place looked a bit empty.
While he was in his thoughts of the fun he had in this place, a sudden and sharp pain assaulted his mind.

He let out a pained scream and fell to his knees.
The passing students saw him and rushed to help him.
"Oiii are you ok?" One of them asked him.
After the pain subsided, Leon answered, "Yeah, I am fine; I just felt lightheaded, that's all."
The guy who asked him that helped him to get up and said, "Are you sure?"
"If you are not feeling well, I can take you to the nurse's office" the guy insisted.
"No I am fine, but thanks for asking." Leon replied with a smile.
After that he rushed to his room before anyone could question him any further.
"What a weird guy?" one of the guys commented, looking at Leon's retreating back.
The other slowly nodded, still confused about Leon's strange behavior, but shrugged it off as it was none of their business.
Soon Leon reached this dorm room and locked the door.
He was huffing for the short Sprint.
'What the hell?' he thought.
When the pain came, a sudden rush of memories also invaded his mind.
Memories that were his and yet they were different.
It was the memories of this world's Leon.
