Goku pulled himself out of the rubble, wiping blood from the corner of his mouth.
His body was trembling, not from fear, but from excitement.
Facing an insurmountable wall like this, Saiyan blood boiled. Every cell in his body screamed for transcendence.
"Piccolo, buy me a few seconds."
"You're going to use Kaio-ken?"
Piccolo struggled to his feet, clutching his chest and gasping for air.
"At your condition… that kind of strain will kill you."
"I don't have a choice."
Goku took a deep breath and widened his stance, grounding himself firmly.

Goku turned into a red lightning bolt, instantly appearing behind Frieza and driving a fist toward the back of his head with enough force to split mountains.

But Frieza still kept his hands behind his back.
As if he had eyes in the back of his head, his tail casually flicked out and wrapped around Goku's wrist.
"Oh? A bit faster."
Frieza turned his head slightly, still wearing that elegant, infuriating smile.
"So this is your trump card? Some kind of burst technique with red energy?"
With a flick of his tail, he flung Goku into the air, then flipped upside down and unleashed a barrage of kicks.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Goku barely managed to block midair, but each strike felt like a mountain crashing into him. His arms numbed. His bones screamed.
Even with five times Kaio-ken, he still couldn't force Frieza to take his hands out of his back.
"Still not enough? Then how about… ten times!"
Goku roared.
His red aura exploded again like a volcanic eruption.
His muscles swelled. His skin reddened. Veins bulged across his body like they were about to burst.

Thirty million.
This time, Frieza finally removed his hands from behind his back.
"Oh? Doubling your power instantly?"
Frieza raised an eyebrow, now slightly more attentive.
"I suppose I should get a little serious."
"Very well. I'll use thirty percent of my power."
He held up three fingers casually.
"About thirty-six million or so."
A hopeless gap.
Even at only thirty percent, he completely surpassed Goku's life-risking tenfold Kaio-ken.
The battle escalated instantly.
Their forms vanished from sight.

Frieza grabbed Goku's ankle and slammed him into the ground like a hammer, then followed with a barrage of death beams.
"Where did that earlier confidence go?"
Goku rolled desperately, explosions erupting around him. Lava spewed from the ground.
His stamina was collapsing fast.
Every muscle screamed. Every breath burned. His vision blurred.
"Damn it… even ten times isn't enough…"
Goku gasped for air, sweat evaporating instantly from his overheated body.
Against Frieza's thirty percent power, he could barely survive exchanges, and even that was one-sided.
"So this is your limit."
Frieza hovered above him, looking down.
"For a monkey, you did well. But a gap is still a gap. Playtime is over."
He raised his palm, forming a purple energy sphere. Space around it warped and twisted.
"Farewell, Son Goku."
At that moment.
Goku lifted his head.
His black eyes burned with desperate resolve.
If he didn't go all out now, everyone would die.
Piccolo would die. Krillin would die. Even Earth might be found and destroyed.
He had to win.
Even if his body broke. Even if he shattered.
"It's not over yet…"
Goku bit through his tongue. Pain forced his body past its limit.
"Krillin… if I fail, I'm counting on you."
He whispered inwardly.
The sky above Namek turned blood red.
"I won't lose… I won't lose to you!"
Goku screamed.
"TWENTY TIMES KAIO-KEN!!!"

It wasn't energy. It was a nuclear detonation.
A massive crimson pillar exploded upward, piercing the atmosphere and shooting into deep space.
The planet itself trembled. Lava erupted. The crust cracked.

From a distance, Krillin lowered his drink bottle.

Frieza's energy sphere collapsed instantly under the pressure.
His eyes widened.
"What… is this power?!"
Too late.
A fist wrapped in crimson flame appeared in front of him.
Boom!
Frieza's elegant face distorted as he was launched like a cannonball.
Goku did not stop.
He knew this state would last less than a minute.
He turned into a red comet and pursued relentlessly.
A strike beyond limits.
A mortal's fist thrown at a god.
