Chapter 1 - Terra Nova Prime

In the world of Aura and Mana, magic is an integral part of everyday life, a reality established since the Creator first breathed life into existence. The formation of magic began during the first century, and it evolved significantly over the next four hundred years. However, this period was not always peaceful; as magic grew increasingly powerful, it also became more dangerous. This led to the Magic Conflict War, one of the most devastating chapters in history, where magic was used as a weapon in military conflicts. Kingdoms fell due to the forbidden magic wielded by those consumed by greed for power and influence.

In response, the Creator intervened, delivering divine judgment that resulted in the elimination of half of the world's civilizations over the span of five hundred years.

A century after the first Magic Conflict War, civilization began to rise again, this time alongside magic and religion. Religion spread more rapidly than magic, particularly among those who witnessed the Creator's Divine Judgment. The first religion to emerge was organized around the worship of the Goddess Creator, the Goddess of Judgment, and the Goddess of Salvation. By the year 700, the first holy magic was bestowed upon the world, making possible the Divine Descent that would occur in the year 800. Every hundred years, the Goddess descends to intervene in worldly affairs, aiming to prevent the recurrence of the Magic Conflict War.

In the year 1200, magic became increasingly powerful as a result of a historical event known as the Magic Conflict War. In response to this, the Goddess Creator, along with the Goddess of Judgement and the Goddess of Salvation, devised a countermeasure to prevent such an event from happening again. They created formidable enemies for humankind and various races associated with Evil and Destruction. To maintain the balance of power between Good and Evil, the three goddesses created three divine beings: the Goddess of Evil, the Goddess of Death, and the Goddess of Destruction. They did not regret this decision, believing these beings would help preserve the balance; humanity would need to either combat them to prevent their own destruction or find a way to coexist peacefully.

Following the creation of these dark forces, Terra Nova Prime was divided into two continents. One continent was inhabited by humans and various other life forms, while the other was home to races aligned with Evil. In time, the forces of Evil began to develop their own civilization and religion to worship the Goddess of Death, the Goddess of Evil, and the Goddess of Destruction. It took only 300 years for humanity and the various other races to discover another continent, which they believed was part of a prophecy from the goddesses. They named their continent "White," while the other was referred to as "Black." This naming was due to the fact that the continent they discovered was surrounded by a pitch-black barrier, preventing anyone from setting foot there.

In the year 1500, the pitch-black barrier surrounding the Black Continent finally disappeared. As the White Continent began to establish a connection with the Black Continent, they were met with hostility rather than a warm welcome. The Black Continent responded with threats, resulting in casualties due to the aggressive actions of the White Continent. Consequently, in the year 1600, the first-ever warfare between the White and Black Continents erupted, lasting for more than 2000 years and solidifying their rivalry.

Above the world of Terra Nova Prime, the six Goddesses—the Goddess Creator, Goddess of Judgement, Goddess of Salvation, Goddess of Evil, Goddess of Death, and Goddess of Destruction—were pleased with the results of this conflict. They continually received divine energy from their worshippers and believers, finding an effective way to balance good and evil through the magic and divine power granted to the various races of the White and Black Continents.

By the year 3600, Terra Nova Prime had reached a stage where no new continents would emerge for the various races to inhabit. The world now consisted of eight major continents. Among these, the two largest and most historically significant were the White and Black Continents. The other four major continents were the Beast Continent, Divine Continent, Deep Sea Continent, and Abyss Continent, each with its distinct cultures, customs, and religions inspired by the six main Goddesses of Terra Nova Prime.

Lastly, the Lesser Continents were formed during the final stage of the Terra Nova Prime Transformation. The creation of the Lesser Continents was guided by the Goddess of Neutrality, the Goddess of Hope, and the Goddess of Luck. These three goddesses were the last to be created by the Creator Goddess. The Lesser Continent is a realm where civilization thrives without relying on Magic or Holy Energy. It is inhabited entirely by humans, as the Creator Goddess wished to explore whether civilization could develop independently of these mystical forces.

After 1,750 years, the results were promising. The two Lesser Continents are known as the Two Arbiter Continents of Freedom and Neutrality. These continents have achieved what can be termed the Industrial Revolution. As a result, the Goddess of Martial Arts, the Goddess of Aura, and the Goddess of Honor emerged, inspired by a significant number of worshippers who believed in the Theory of Aura Manipulation. This theory involves harnessing the power of willpower, influence, and concentration.

The emergence of these new deities was unexpected for the goddesses above Terra Nova Prime. Unlike Magic and Holy Energy, the manifestations of the Goddess of Martial Arts, the Goddess of Aura, and the Goddess of Honor were a direct result of human belief. Therefore, the higher goddesses accepted these newly formed entities, acknowledging their significance in the evolving landscape of humanity.

In the year 1850 AC (Arbiter Calendar), a shooting star descended upon the Two Arbiter Continents of Freedom and Neutrality. It landed in a small village on the Freedom Continent, but was invisible to the naked eye. A young boy, who had just turned 15, was resting in his bed when he was suddenly struck by something that caused him unbearable pain. "What? Did I fall out of bed?" he wondered. After a brief moment, he tried to go back to sleep, but then a blue screen appeared before him. It was called the Gift System of Generosity.
