Walls Begin to Break
Priyanshu tried to ignore Anika.
But somehow… she kept appearing everywhere.
Library. Canteen. Even the same project group.
He told himself,
"This is nothing. Just a coincidence."
But deep inside, something was changing.
One evening, it started raining heavily.
Most students had already left the campus.
Anika was standing alone near the gate without an umbrella.
Priyanshu saw her… hesitated… then walked past.
After a few steps, he stopped.
That line echoed in his mind:
"Not everyone leaves."
He walked back silently and held his umbrella over her.
Anika looked surprised.
"You came back?"
Priyanshu replied calmly,
"I just didn't want you to get sick."
Anika smiled softly.
"Or maybe… you don't hate caring."
For the first time in months, Priyanshu smiled a little.
But suddenly his phone rang.
It was an unknown number.
When he answered, his expression changed completely.
The voice on the other side said:
"Do you still remember me?"
It was her.
The girl who broke him.
Rain kept falling.
Anika looked at him.
Priyanshu's past had just returned.
