(Chapter 1)
💔💍 The Game of Fate:
The girl's name was Meher, and the boy's name was Riyad.
Their marriage happened very quickly, according to their families' wishes. On the wedding night, before they could even talk properly, Riyad left for Dubai the very next day for business work. Meher was wearing a veil during the wedding, and Riyad did not see her face clearly.
Distance started to grow between them. They talked a little on the phone at first, and then even that stopped.
Meher decided to become independent and stand on her own feet. She got a job at a big company. That company belonged to a new Managing Director—Riyad, who had recently returned from Dubai.
On the first day at the office, they met.
Riyad was serious and spoke very little.
Meher was confident and focused on her work.
Neither of them recognized each other.
Slowly, Riyad noticed that Meher was honest and hardworking.
Meher also felt that her boss was responsible, but there was hidden sadness in his heart.
One day, it was raining. 🌧️
While leaving the office, Meher got wet in the rain. Riyad brought his car and said,
"Please, let me drop you home."
From that day, a special connection started to grow between them.
But one day Riyad said,
"I was married… but we never truly became husband and wife. I want a divorce."
Meher's heart trembled.
Because her story was exactly the same.
That night, she took out her old wedding photos from a trunk. Tears filled her eyes. She whispered,
"Riyad…"
At the same time, Riyad also took his wedding album from his mother.
When he looked at the photo—
It was Meher!
The next day at the office, they looked at each other.
Riyad softly asked,
"Your husband… was he in Dubai?"
Meher replied with tears in her eyes,
"And your wife… was she wearing a veil?"
It did not take long for them to understand the truth.
The divorce papers were lying on the table.
Riyad tore them apart and said,
"Fate has brought us together again."
Meher smiled and said,
"Maybe today is our first real meeting."
They decided to start again.
This time, no distance. No misunderstanding.
