Chapter 105 - Ch 105: Name

Some people love someone to a point; they are afraid to confess due to fear of what they would do without them. That was what Mai realized when she heard what Naoya was talking to the students that were inside the room.

Calling the four students an oversell, as they are involved in drugs, rape, Abuse and even more; they are the classic criminals. So she wasn't feeling sorry for them, as this exercise would give fear that they will need to walk a straight path if they wish.

But what made Mai cry was the sadness in Naoya's voice as he declared himself a demon who doesn't feel anything for anyone, a white-faced lie that she knows.

Naoya is kind; she knows that and experiences that. In fact, if not for his kindness, she wouldn't even be standing on her own proudly. While lost in thought, the door opened and Naoya exited from the dark room.

"Oh, were you waiting for me?" Naoya asked, his ever-normal smile was still plastered in his face.

Naobita said Naoya has the creepiest smile, but Mai didn't think so; his smile is calming in its own sense, and she also confirmed the fact that sad people indeed smile the brightest.

"What are you planning to do next?" She asked.

"Well, I plan to share some confidential information with their parents, which can cause their downfall if it reaches the media; that way they won't be pressing charges against me for kidnapping and all." Naoya said as he washed his hands in the washbasin, and Mai handed him the towel to dry his hand.

"But now, I need to send them to their house and meet Junpai before we go back?" Mai nodded at that.

---

If I wanted, I could have killed Ito and others, but that isn't right. Even God gives people a second chance, so why can't we?

I, myself, am leaving on a second chance, so my belief is I should also give them one, and it's not like they committed a crime that is even remotely close to mine. Of course, I only give them one chance; if they continue to go the same path as always, I will just snuff out their life in the shade of a moonlight.

Anyway, since I deal with them, now I need to have just a talk with Junpei. So I was waiting for him in the school the next day, and I saw him exiting the school gate.

"Junpei, right?" Junpei looked up from the ground and focused on me; his right side was covered with hair bangs.

He instantly understood who was standing in front of him; it was the rude person from yesterday.

"Sorry about yesterday," I apologized, and then I continued, "You see, I came yesterday because my little brother said that someone was bullying him. I came quickly, and I was in a rage; that's why I was rude to you."

"Is your brother also studying at Satozakura High School?" Junpei asked in suspicion, as the man in front of him, after all, looked like a typical bully with blonde hair.

"No, but he is in tuition around here. Those bastards asked him for money and beat him up to a point I can't even recognize his face. "I was shooting lies with such precision that Junpei started to nod in agreement.

"So why did you come here? Just to talk to me?" Junpei asked.

"Actually yes, you see, my sister, the one you saw with me yesterday, scolded me that I was being rude to you, and I have to apologize if I wanted to enter the house. So here I am," I said with an awkward smile, like a brother who can't go against his evil sister.

Junpei once again nodded in agreement, and while he didn't have any sisters, he indeed heard having a sister is like having a blood-related demon, who always eats the ears out of their brother.

"What happened to Ito and others? They didn't come to school today." Junpei looked to the road as he asked that question, as he was afraid and, at the same time, hopeful of what happened to them.

Like if they were beaten up, would they take their frustration out on him? His body can't handle any more torture, even the cigarette mark on the forehead throbbing at that thought.

"Didn't worry about them?"

Junpei thought those words were directed to him, but when he looked up, he saw the man was just smiling slowly.

"They won't harm anyone," I said as I tapped his shoulder. "I heard what happened to you from my little bro; now you don't have to worry, and I took care of them, and now you just have to focus on the study and take care of your mother."

Because of the emotional tumor Junpei was on, he didn't notice the unusualness of how the man in front of him knew his mother.

"Anyway, take care, Junpei. And always remember there is no harm in landing a punch on the bastard that take advantage of your kindness.'"

"What's your name?" Junpei managed to ask as he saw the man who unintentionally stopped his hell, walking away.

"My Name?" I ponder for a bit, and with a smile I say, "I am Epstein, Jeffrey D. Epstein."
