Looking at the system windows, Alex worried about the future already.

In a world where level and stats determine power, his life will be the worse if he couldn't get the privilege the system gives.

Looking at the loading screen, he hope it won't fully abandoned him.

[The system will now determine your eligibility for the system privileges.]

[The system will now assess your very existence; if you fail to meet the wanted results, the system will not cooperate with you.]

[Time till assessment is completed: 5:00.]

Reading these, Alex look around for an area to sit.

Just a few steps away from the bottom sides of the stairs, he sat on a tiny rocks, allowing him to gather his mind.

If the system fully abandoned him, he needs to hope that earning a living without the need of getting stronger is possible.

If not, homelessness will welcome him home.

If trouble ever find him, he needs to hope these people are dumb enough not to used their skills and spells; to not joke his life.

There were countless horrible futures Alex thought of within the first two minutes of the countdown, but out of all of them, this one was the worse.

What if?

This world isn't that far in the modern equipment and they already have things like home appliance.

After all this place had some modern looking buildings and houses.

What's the chance of them already having modern home appliance with the used of magic on them.

And since this world is a Level up one, what if these items needs level requirement to used them?

He already set his mind to adapt if this world wasn't that advance yet, but if it is and his fear came true; he'll rather die now before that happens.

[Existence assessment has completed.]

[The System will now decide.]

Seeing this, Alex stood up, clenching his hands and hoping for a good results.

[The System has evaluate the Otherworlder: Alex-a Sunren. Original fate in your home world.]

[Based on the future set for you, the system has decided to give you the rating: Neutral.]

"So..... what's that supposed to mean." Alex asked, unsure what Neutral meant in this moment.

[Otherworlders from different worlds has always invade this world. The Gods and Goddesses that has seen their growth with the system and what they done with the strength they obtain...]

"Alright, backstory..... huh?"

[... realized most would abused the growth given to them to catch up with the natives. Because of this, the Gods and Goddesses used their power hundreds of years ago to seal away the system; from fully accepting Otherworlders like you into its data base, the moment you appeared in this world.]

[Of course one bad fruit, doesn't equal to the entire tree being one. So they decided to take another approach when Otherworlder came here.]

"And that is.....?" Alex asked, feeling his emotion hurling up and down each word he read.

[That is to evaluate or invade the original world they came from and see the fate they have in their home world. Based on the fate they hold, they'll able to gain the following ratings: —]

[From the highest to lowest.

Divine, → Saint, → Good, → General Good, → Neutral Good, → Neutral, → Neutral Bad, → General Bad, → Bad, → Evil, → Devil.]

[Based on the rating you get from the ratings, the system will accompany your life in this world.]

[Since you have the rating: Neutral; you'll be part of the system but not fully.]

"Great!" Alex said, feeling great about this. "But can we get to what I'll get now? This is taking forever."

[System privilege possible for Neutral Otherworlders:

— System clarification. Type: Limited. When gaining something; a system panel will appear that shows you the primary function and details about it.]

[— Level up update. Type: Limited. Though you'll able to raise your level, you'll not received the Stats increased from it.]

[— Skill learning. Type; Limited. You can learn skills like a normal person, but not from doing the act of the skill but only in learning them by the used of items.

• Note: Amount of skills can learn will depend on what level you have, along with limits of its level up.]

[— Items and equipment function. Type: Normal. All items and equipments will work with you.]

[— Skill... ]

"Wait!" Alex cut off the system words. "What's the skill items were talking about here? If I need money to buy these items, I don't think learning them would be easy then."

The idea of learning a skill from an item was already set in his mind.

But, it aspect were a bit of problem too; if one can learn a skill from an item, wouldn't they be expensive?

This worried his already not looking great future, and if these items turned out to cost hundreds of golds, if that's the currency they using here; Alex would give up then.

[The items talk about in learning skills, can be obtain in a dungeon. As the monsters killed in them, will have a chance of dropping one of this monster abilities.]

[Your Luck stat points is: 9, which means you have a great drop chance than most people.]

[Shall we proceed with the last privilege?]

Sighing in relief for the clarification on the items the system is talking about; along with learning his luck stat points is, "Yes, please proceed," Alex said.

[— Skill stat increased. Type: Unique. This privilege is a unique; as the natives themselves doesn't have it.]

[— When learning a skill, you'll gain a stats increased based on what type it is. If it's a physical skill, you'll gain a physical stat increased. And so on...]

[Unless the five of these privileges, you don't have have the ability to do anything else with the system.]

[You cannot summon the: Status window, that's show your entire Status details.]

[Gaining Titles and Achievement and receiving their effects isn't available for you.]

[Stat increased by items cannot function on you, unless their a Percentage type. And every thing else.]

[Good luck on your life in this world.]

Thay was the last words the system panel said, before disappearing completely in Alex face.

Leaving this individual on the side of the stairs of the first floor, with a serious looks in his face.

"This is still isn't that bad." Alex said, thinking about what he just got from the system.
