Now I am defending strike after strike.
And it's almost like there is no interval between the previous and next strikes.

I immediately removed the time barrier around my body , as well as the light element.
And then I used both time and light to speed my self up and time to slow the enemy down.
I slowed down the time around it as much as possible and sped myself to heights normally impossible.
And I added all my remaining energy into the void and space energy that is at the tip of my sword.
All my energy and concentration was put to operating my body and elements to the maximum.
And then I slashedher sword and sword awwhand .
Then her other hand and managed to put small cuts on the entities ankles.
I smiled.
" I am triumphant!".
But that's when I felt it.
Burning.
I am burning.
I put all my mana in that attack.
Now all my barriers are down.
But there is still a chance.
If I survive of long enough, the mana can start transferring.
And just on cue, the mana from the opponent started transferring.
I immediately put up the barriers again.
And I made sure that they are at least ten times stronger , so that they are not easily broken.
Then I used a string of space and void energy that is connected to the opponent to my barriers so that they can continuously strengthen.
And just so you know, the string of void and space is the one transferring mana to me from the enemy.
And then I continued sending light mana to the sword.
I wanted to do more with the mana I am receiving, but the humanoid entity walked to me and picked me up by the neck.
And that's when I finally got a proper look at the entity, which I think I now should be calling woman.
I entered a daze when I looked at her.
She is undeniably someone whom beauty favors.
She then brought me to her eye level.
We looked at each other's eyes for a bit.
Until my body decided that it is time to relax just a bit since I ain't moving much.
Which in turn made me to become unconscious.
I didn't sleep because I was injured.
Not because I feel a bit tired.
But, it's just I know she will not kill me.
And if I sleep, I'll faster and get more memory fragments.
And if she does anything.
The grip I have on the sword tightened.
I will strike with the mana I have been gathering for sometime now, and I doubt she can survive that.
I smiled as I slept soundly with those thoughts.
After he slept, the woman put him on her back and removed all the flames and ashes.
She then looked at the now clean place and thought Selarion can't sleep on the floor.
So she got a bed out of the ring on her finger.
She then put Selarion on the bed and then also she herself entered the bed.
After getting on the bed, she put Selarion's head on her laps.
She did that cause she has no pillows.
She looked at Selarion closely.
" Do you remember me?".
She then started burning away his the injuries on his head.
" I'm pretty sure you don't, right?".
After finishing burning his head, she went to bringing his hair back
" Do you remember that you left me here?".
" It was a few years ago".
" We were running away from something, and then we reached this place".
" You told me to stay here and guard that door with everything I have as long it doesn't put me on danger".
She finished bringing his hair back, so she started burning away the injuries on his neck and below.
" You said that you would be back".
" But I waited for a week, you didn't come".
She finished his neck, so she is going to do his back now .
"I then waited a year, you still hadn't come back".
" I was going to continue waiting, but that's when I felt your uniqe aura somewhere on this planet ".
" I put as many defenses as quick as possible and left to where your aura was radiating from".
" And I arrived there in the shortest time possible".
" At the time I was moving so fast that it was to the point a second would have felt like a hundred years".
" I reached and found that there was a barrier that you made and that they were people around it".
" But I passed through it easily, as you told me how before".
" And inside it was a land of void".
" But I quickly ignored it and started looking for you, and I found you in the middle of the barrier".
" There was a chest nut haired girl holding you back and removing void energy from your severed hand while crying heavily".
" And there was another girl there that looked like the spirit of the forest, but younger and more childish".
As she said that her expression was of pure sadness.
She is thinking that he said he would come back, but decided not to because of another girl.
As her she thought that, her expression saddened even more.
And her beauty is is out there.
Now such a beautiful face making such a sad expression is bad.
If you listen closely you would hear the air and space consoling her in her ear.

" But even after saying move or die, she unexpectedly refused to move, so you pushed the chest nut haired girl and kicked the woman in the stomach, then stepped on her head, forcefully making it smash on the ground".
" Then you did it again and again".
" You were about to kick her again when the chest nut haired girl ran in front of your kick, and this making you kick her and she was sent flying".
That's when the woman finished burning the injuries on Selarion's back, so she went to the next area.
" But she fot up immediately and begged you to stop".
