Other than the first short arc, which introduced all the characters at once, each arc will focus on a person's story unless they meet or are in close proximity to one another.  Each arc won't just solely focus on the MC POV, but characters around their immediate orbit or are extremely important to the plot, but if it ever switches away from the MC to another character, it will be for a brief time.

She smiled and then laughed, unable to control what she was really feeling. "I can understand people who kill out of anger, grief, even enjoyment. I can even understand everything you did in the past to achieve the means to extend your life. I may not want to know what you did, but I can understand that. But that- dropping the statue, killing god knows how many and feeling nothing. Are you unable to look at yourself and question, have I lived too long? When those screams in the distance are nothing more than background noise."
