An elderly man excitedly pointed at the schematics, speechless for a long moment.
Finally, he could only give a thumbs-up and slowly utter a single word: "Brilliant!"
Chloe Sinclair's drawings were so detailed that the old man understood them at a glance.
However, he knew perfectly well that if he were to try and research this on his own, he would never be able to replicate it.
Chloe Sinclair retracted the schematics and said, "The flow-through fusion reactor was proposed based on the Mark Device. However, the equipment for the Mark Device is already at the most advanced level in the world."
She paused. "It's not because we can't develop something better. It's because everyone knows perfectly well that even if we did, the subsequent resources wouldn't be able to keep up with the equipment's demands."
Chloe Sinclair didn't rush to continue.
The audience below erupted in a clamor.
