Jiang Chen was also taken aback.
Tuoba Yan, the former disciple of the Witch Emperor, had once been so glorious and powerful.
Not long after their group had arrived in the Azure Sky Sea, they had all gone their separate ways to seek their own fortunes.
He had already run into Arhat back in Coastal City, but he never expected to encounter Tuoba Yan here.
However, Tuoba Yan's current situation was far from ideal.
"Let me in! I want to see Ruyue!" Tuoba Yan, dressed in rags with bloodshot eyes, roared as he tried to force his way into the Xihua Pavilion.
His current cultivation had reached the Middle Stage of the Emperor Realm, so he was by no means weak.
But the Xihua Pavilion expert blocking his path was an Emperor Realm Perfection Level powerhouse.
The man let out a cold snort.
