'Ethan Lockwood?'
Perhaps it was the tacit understanding between husband and wife, but Felix Preston immediately guessed the answer in Sonia Quincy's heart.
Sonia Quincy put her phone away without replying to him.
"How can there be people like you?" Cecilia Quincy said, nestled in Ethan Lockwood's arms as she feigned indignation on the Preston Family's behalf.
"If he fell, go to the hospital. If you want compensation, call the police and get a lawyer. What's the point of harassing a pregnant woman? Besides, slipping and falling is a perfectly normal occurrence. Your husband's injury isn't entirely the Preston Family's fault. You're just making an unreasonable scene and bullying people!"
"..." Ms. Armstrong was suddenly as if tamed, not daring to utter a single peep in front of Ethan Lockwood and Cecilia Quincy.
"Let's go, Ethan. Let's go look at the house," Cecilia Quincy said, tugging on Ethan Lockwood's hand and giving him a sweet smile.
