Sonia Quincy was speechless. Only the sound of slapping could express her emotions.
With one hand, she lifted Felix Preston's chin, while the other slapped him across the mouth three times, fast and hard.
One second, Felix Preston was hanging his head in despair; the next, Sonia Quincy had slapped him so hard he was seeing stars.
His eyes widened in a dazed panic, his gaze on Sonia Quincy completely blank.
Sonia Quincy: "Spit it out, spit it out! What nonsense are you talking? 'Useleѕs,' 'stupid mess'—don't you ever say such ugly, unlucky words again!"
