As for quasi-divine artifacts, they fell somewhere in between: Magic Items forged by high-ranking Priests but blessed by a Divine Spirit.
Although a quasi-divine artifact's power couldn't match a Divine Artifact's, it far surpassed that of an ordinary Sacred Artifact.
