The Talin District got its name from the hundreds of Wizard Towers that constantly floated high above the Inner City.
As the very heart of Chenxi City, the Talin District was also known as the inner sanctum of the Inner City. The offices of the Dawn Council and its various subordinate agencies were all located in this area, and nearly everyone one saw was a Wizard.
