Gu Muxue handed the entire opened half-carton to the security guard. "Here, take these," she said. "Share them with your colleagues."
The security guard stared at Gu Muxue in a daze. It was obvious something wonderful had happened. He joked, "Miss Gu, what's got you so happy? Did you get into a good university?"
Gu Muxue shook her head slightly, then broke into a sweet smile. The joy in her eyes was like a blooming peach blossom, captivating to behold.
The guard instantly understood. Gu Muxue had a look of love in her eyes; it was obvious she was dating someone.
'Hmm, it must be that kid, Xue Rui.'
"Sir, I'd like to go inside to find a classmate," Gu Muxue said.
"Master Yang, just drive right in," the guard said, magnanimously opening the electric gate. 'The bosses have all gone home for the day, anyway,' he thought.
