His Spiritual Power detected a ripple in space, and his body reflexively took half a step back, turning to the side. A tentacle immediately whipped past his face, the wind from its barbs leaving several fine cuts on his cheek.
'I dodged it!'
The next attack came from straight ahead. Without a second thought, Wei'en threw himself backward, dodging the second tentacle's attack in the nick of time.
The two attacks only dealt minor damage; the cuts healed before they could even bleed.
