"Oh? So you're awake..."
As Wei'en opened the workshop door, he saw Pavla standing in the center of the theater. A faint smile touched his lips. "Miss Pavla, the new Saintess of the Dawn Church."
"Heretic!"
The moment Pavla saw Wei'en, the horrific scene from the deck of the Kenzan-Frolov flashed in her mind. Her eyes filled with hatred and resolve.
Wei'en took a step forward, positioning himself in front of Shawa and Tina. His smile vanished. "Want to do this?"
"Heretic, you killed so many people... the Lord of Judgment, Sablelo, and McCartney... Them! I... I will never forgive you!"
Pavla bit her lip. Her golden robes began to stir as if in a nonexistent wind, sometimes clinging tightly to her body and accentuating her curvaceous figure.
Then, a faint golden radiance bloomed around her. Within the light, one could vaguely make out an intricate pattern—its symmetrical lines looked very much like a golden scepter.
"You should know, you're no match for me as you are now."
