Only after truly entering the prefecture did Qin Fang realize just how severe the demon infestation in Jinlan Prefecture had become.
As he flew, Qin Fang passed many villages and market towns. He only occasionally saw a settlement with survivors; the vast majority were in ruins, their inhabitants slaughtered.
He even saw human remains in the wilderness... clearly, some people had run into demons out in the open.
The sheer number of demons was astounding. Along his flight, Qin Fang had encountered at least six or seven groups of them.
The largest of these groups numbered over thirty: a pack of Pig Demons. Each one was far larger than the Wild Boar King he had bought from Fishermen's years ago. With their thick hides, they were like thirty-odd tanks, rampaging through the wilderness.
...Qin Fang could see the massive commotion they were causing from several kilometers away.
