[Effect Two]: Words Become Law. With you as the center, you can establish a Triple Judgment Rule. Each time an opponent violates one of the judgment rules, their All Attributes will be weakened by 10%, and a negative status effect will be applied. This can stack up to a maximum of a 30% reduction in All Attributes and three negative status effects.
[Effect Three]: Thunder Purgatory. By injecting Divine Power, the wielder of the Spear of Judgment can create a Thunder Purgatory up to 10x10 meters in size anywhere within their line of sight. The duration for which an enemy creature is trapped inside is determined by the relative strength of the wielder and the target. The maximum duration for Thunder Purgatory is one day.
[Effect Four]: Thunder Teleportation. The wielder of this Divine Artifact can use residual thunder to perform a short-range teleport. The number of teleports is determined by both the wielder's Divine Power and the Divine Being's physical constitution.
