Anos, who had been trying to break up fights everywhere, somehow heard Deff's question amid the clamor. His ears perked up instantly, and the hand he'd extended froze in place.
However, before Anos could hear Su Yu's answer, Willard let out a furious curse. Ignoring the attempts of the Silver Frost Tribe males to stop him, he was about to charge Rick again.
Anos's expression was blank. He appeared in a flash behind Willard and brought a hand down hard on the back of his neck.
Willard's eyes rolled back in his head, and he collapsed, his body hitting the grass with a thud.
Rick, who had braced for an attack: "..."
He looked at Anos, his expression unreadable. "Did you kill him?"
Anos: "Knocked him out."
He paused, then said, "Leader, calm down for a moment."
Rick: "..."
His intuition told him that this was not the time to provoke Anos, so he fell silent.
