With that, Li Zhi stuffed the train tickets into her pocket without a second thought. From the way she acted, it was obvious she had no intention of returning them to Shen Yuan.
Shen Yuan didn't plan on saying anything about it.
'She can have them. They'd just end up in the trash if I kept them anyway.'
"Anything else?"
Shen Yuan shook his head. "Nope. I'm going to head back now."
"Go on, lone wolf."
Obviously, that wasn't a compliment.
Shen Yuan rolled his eyes at Li Zhi, then turned and walked toward his house.
Just as Shen Yuan stepped inside and was about to close the door, he caught a glimpse of Li Zhi still leaning against her own doorway behind him.
"You're not going back in?" Shen Yuan asked.
Li Zhi replied unhurriedly, "I'm just seeing if my little moron can make it home by himself."
Hearing this, Shen Yuan retorted irritably, "I can. Home safe!"
