As they dragged Shen Yuan out, Yang Ze called over Sun Xiansheng and Yang Shuai to help.
After all, Shen Yuan was surprisingly strong; Yang Ze and Chen Mingyu probably couldn't overpower him on their own.
"Spill it! Goddammit, don't you dare tell me you and Li Zhi are 'just friends,' or that you were 'childhood friends from kindergarten, elementary, and middle school'!" Yang Ze roared, his eyes wide with fury as he pinned Shen Yuan against the hallway railing.
"If you're not honest, you'll soon be wishing it was a knife sticking in your back!" Yang Ze's voice grew deeper, tinged with menace.
Chen Mingyu, standing to the side, saw this and a smirk played on his lips. He added in a taunting, sing-song voice, "And not just *one* knife, oh no!"
At these words, Shen Yuan's face grew even paler, and a sheen of sweat broke out on his forehead.
