Following the new arrangement, Ivy Holden sang the last line. The accompaniment stopped, leaving only her slightly husky voice in the venue: "That was you, your dress fluttering free; that was you, gentle as the sea—"
The moment her voice faded, the large screen switched to a close-up of her face.
The brilliant stage lights reflected in her eyes like a sky full of stars. Then, she winked at the camera, the corners of her lips curling into a bewitching smile.
"AHHH—"
"AHHHHH—"
The atmosphere in the venue reached a fever pitch.
Jessica Tyson, who had appeared behind Jensen Morrison at some point, chuckled. "Good thing this is an outdoor concert. Otherwise, they would've blown the roof off."
"That girl is spoiled rotten. I hope you don't mind, Mr. Tyson," Jensen Morrison said with a soft laugh.
Jessica Tyson shook her head. "If she were my daughter, I'd spoil her too."
