Ying Ping shook his head, speechless. "I think being alive is pretty good. I don't want to die just yet."
Ying Lin raised his hand and rubbed his head. His fine, soft hair was dyed a beautiful light brown, giving him the vibe of a handsome Korean idol. "Then live well and listen to your grandpa. You are the older brother, so you have to protect your sister. Dad will always be by your side watching over you."
Ying Lin suddenly smiled, dispelling the gloomy chill brought by his ghostly eyes and pale, ashen skin. Ying Ping stared blankly. An impulse seemed to swell within him, urging him to lean forward and hug Ying Lin on his own accord.
"Dad."
As he called out, Ying Ping realized that saying the word "Dad" wasn't difficult at all. Now it was Ying Lin's turn to be stunned. His smile grew so wide it nearly reached his ears as he hugged him back tightly.
