'A Thin Blood Clan from outside the Thirteen Clans?'
The Blood Race is said to be comprised of the Thirteen Clans, but in reality, there are fifteen clans.
They are divided into five factions.
The dominant Secret Alliance is made up of seven clans, commonly known as the Secret Faction.
Then there is the Demon Banquet Alliance, made up of only two clans, also known as the Demon Faction.
The Neutral Faction, formed by three clans.
Beyond them is the higher-tiered Death Clan. This clan is similar to an Elder Council but has little presence and doesn't interfere in the development of the Thirteen Clans.
It's difficult to even find them.
As for the Thin Blood Clan, the name implies they are outcasts—vampires not accepted by the orthodox Blood Race.
The Blood Race blood in their veins is extremely thin.
