People run through the streets carrying bags and children.
Police sirens scream constantly.
Rumors spread everywhere.
Some say demons have appeared.
Others believe the government has created weapons.
But no one truly understands what happened.
Scene 3: Ruel's Determination
Ruel turns away from the crater.
He knows something now.
If more awakenings occur like this, the city will not survive.
"We need control," R-16 says.
Ruel shakes his head.
"No. We need choice."

Inside Zone Zero, R-18 observes the city through drones.
His calm expression never changes.
"The awakenings are accelerating," one Subject tells him.
R-18 replies quietly,
"Then we must accelerate control."

Dr. Saif activates a hidden communication channel.
Screens light up around him.
Scientists appear from different underground labs.
"The experiment has reached Phase Three," Saif announces.
"No more observation. Begin expansion."
Scene 6: New Awakenings
Across the city, more people collapse suddenly.
Their bodies begin generating heat signatures.
A woman in a subway station.
A construction worker on a bridge.
A child in a school hallway.
The evolution is spreading.
Scene 7: R-00 Walks the Streets
R-00 moves quietly through a silent neighborhood.
Where he walks, the temperature stabilizes.
Fires extinguish.
Machines stop overheating.
But people feel uneasy around him.
Something about him feels unnatural.
Scene 8: The First Followers
Some newly awakened Subjects begin seeking Ruel.
They believe he is the only one who understands them.
A small group gathers around him.
"Teach us how to control this power," they beg.
Ruel hesitates.

Inside a military command center.
A general slams his fist on the table.
"These people are weapons."
Another officer responds,
"No… they are disasters."
The final order is signed.
Operation Containment begins.
Scene 10: Hunter Drones
Advanced drones begin scanning the city.
They detect heat anomalies.
Anyone with awakened power becomes a target.
One drone locks onto a frightened Subject.
Missiles launch.
Scene 11: Ruel's First Rescue
Ruel arrives just in time.
He slices the missile apart with a burst of crimson fire.
The explosion lights the night sky.
The rescued Subject stares at him in shock.
"Why help me?" she asks.
"Because no one helped me," Ruel answers.
Scene 12: R-18 Watches
From afar, R-18 sees everything.
He sighs quietly.
"Compassion will destroy him."
Scene 13: R-00's Observation
R-00 watches both of them.
Ruel saving people.
R-18 controlling them.
He speaks softly to himself.
"Two extremes."
"Neither balanced."
Scene 14: The Rising Army
More awakened individuals begin gathering.
Some choose Ruel.
Others choose R-18.
The city slowly divides into factions.
Scene 15: The Warning
At night, R-00 stands on the tallest tower in the city.
Wind moves around him in silence.
He looks down at the divided city.
"If the war begins…"
"…I will end it."
The storm above the city grows darker.
