Nandini noticed the change immediately.
Arjun walked with confidence now. His words were clearer, and his eyes carried determination.
One evening near the village lake, he told her about his first earning.
"You were right," he said. "Learning changes everything."
Nandini smiled proudly.
"I only showed you the door. You chose to walk through it."
They began spending more time together — discussing books, dreams, and life beyond the village.
Arjun realized he waited every day just to talk to her.
And slowly, friendship turned into something deeper.
